We paid almost £500 for a fold out, bed settee, from their Broadstone Mill shop, in Stockport. ONE WEEK after our twelve month warranty expired, the drop down mechanism failed, meaning we can't use it as a bed. I contacted the company, but was told that we were out of warranty and that they did not deal with repairs, nor could they recommend anyone who did. The bed/settee itself looks good and when it worked was just what we needed, but if they are only going to last 12 months and the company can't even offer us a repair that we could pay for, I won't use them again. We couldn't have used it as a bed for more than half a dozen times in that 53 weeks

Absolutely brilliant place , had all my furniture is lovely and great prices. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff , Andy and Adam always go the extra mile 10/10 for service definitely work a look

We have just had our bedroom furniture delivered and assembled by Dave Brown and Phil from Skipton shop. Would like to thank them for excellent workmanship. Very friendly. We bought the furniture from their Colne shop. Linzi was brilliant. We would recommend Brand Interiors from start to finish.

We visited the Colne branch of Brand Interiors on Saturday and were assisted by Linzi who was extremely helpful without being pushy. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

Visited the Stockport store today to buy a chair. The staff are lovely, especially Julia who went above and beyond to help me. In the past, I have purchased several pieces from Stockport and have always received good customer service.

The most helpful staff on our visit to the Rawtenstall branch today , so friendly and knowledgeable about their products and nothing was too much trouble . Certainly the best customer service I’ve received in a long time .

Really helpful, the ladies in the Preston store went above and beyond to find the piece of furniture I was looking for. Particularly Amber, ringing around other stores, getting colleagues at other store to send photos of the items they had available and trying to get my items rushed through to be delivered. Amazing service.

After trying many different stores locally to find the perfect sofa, I decided try Brand Interiors following a recommendation from a friend. The staff were extremely helpful, particularly the young blonde female Amber. She showed me the full range of stock that suited my needs and was very helpful in ensuring that I found the right one for me. She couldn’t do enough for me & I just wanted to say thank you for her help! I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new sofa which was also very reasonably priced. I love this shop , the quality of all the furniture is amazing and so much stock of which is restocked on a daily basis and I can guarantee they can’t be beaten on price!!! And the staff especially Andrea is the most helpful, and knowledgeable and friendliest of any shop I’ve been in.

Took my 85 year old mum to look at furniture in the Stockport store.
Julia and Andy could not have been more helpful. Not in the slightest bit pushy, just incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and after we had bought something they carried it out and put it in the car for us. 110% customer service and with a smile.

Great customer service

It was my first visit to the Stockport Store and I had a specific dining table in mind. I had been left down by other online retailers so my hopes were not high to find what I wanted. I am very impressed with the range available in store and the competitive pricing, the staff were helpful with my questions and my thorough inspection of the table and its workings to extend.
Delivery is extra and I received a call as promised and a great two hour slot, delivery team were also brilliant.

I saw lots of other items in store as well so I will very much visit again so thank you!

Recently we visited the Preston store. We were delighted to see the specious car park.
We were greeted by the pleasant staff members Cloe and Amber. Both of them were very helpful. We were given plenty of time to select the item.

Visited the Colne store looking for a Mirror, Not pushy at all which is rare in retail. They have a massive selection which I never knew. Great prices and all the staff members I spoke to over the 2-3 day period were all very helpful. Would definately recommend.
