Tracey, at Boxall Brown & Jones, was undoubtedly the best estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in over 35 years of buying and selling houses. She was always knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and very caring about selling my mum’s house after she went into residential care. It was a very difficult time for my family, especially after mum’s house flooded last Christmas but Tracey went out of her way to help us. I cannot thank her enough. It made a huge difference knowing Tracey was doing everything possible to support us.

Very poor, hadn’t done proper due diligence on the property we were purchasing to see if it saleable, encouraged us to spend on surveys knowing that there was a serious problem ,as a result we were homeless for a while and 18 months later the affore mentioned property are still empty but are still being marketed by this company

Requiring a survey on a substantial property, we were fortunate enough to work with Rob Jones, one of the firm's partners. It was an all-round top drawer experience. Communicative, consistently professional, reliable and helpful are adjectives which all leap to mind. Where anything was unclear, Rob kindly took the time to explain any technical detail in a way in which we could understand, allowing us to make a life-changing informed decision. It was a breath of fresh air to feel like we were not being rushed and a genuine care to help us. It was a pleasure to work with somebody where there is clearly pride and pedigree in their profession, and based on this experience we would not hesitate to recommend.

I've just recently let a property with Boxall Brown & Jones. I can honestly say, all the ladies I've been in contact with, whether it be on the phone, at the viewings or when I went to go and pick up my keys, have been absolutely lovely and amazing. They've always been there to answer any questions I have, they've got back to me when they said they would, they've kept me in the loop with everything. It really has been a lovely calm experience with people that actually care and aren't just there to do a job. Thanks ladies, you're all fab 😊

From valuation to marketing took only a few days and the house sold within 24 hours. When it later fell through due to buyer’s serious illness and it had to go back on the market it again all happened within a couple of days. Tracey was superb at keeping us informed about what was happening with both of the sales, and chasing down information from the buyers to keep things moving.

I purchased a property where Boxall Brown & Jones were the estate agent. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Having not bought a property for a number of years, I had a perception (negative) of what it would be like dealing with an estate agent again. The BB&J team certainly changed my perception and I would highly recommend the Company to others. I worked mainly with Dawn and Claire, both of whom were extremely courteous, professional and went above and beyond. Dawn was my main contact and always made herself available for questions, some of which were most likely basic. BB&J were of course representing the seller, but always dealt with me in a professional way and I always felt I was been dealt with fairly. Thank you Dawn, 5 stars!! Claire showed us around the property and was very knowledgeable of the local area. We wanted to view the property a couple of times and Claire made us feel this was never too much trouble. We don’t plan on moving any time soon, but when we do BB&J will be the first estate agent we call. Thanks again Dawn & Claire.

Couldn't recommend more! We sold and purchased with BBJ and they delivered perfect service throughout. Abbie was amazing to work with, honestly couldn't fault her and would happily work with her and the team again. I would thoroughly recommend Boxall, Brown and Jones to sell a property as I have felt very looked after during the whole process. All of the team where very helpful and went above and beyond especially Dawn Barker. She was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout. Right up to completion she was there to help me make decisions and advised me on what to do. She was amazing! I can't thank her enough and I don't think anyone could have done more. Have been dealing with Boxall Brown & Jones for nearly 20 years. They managed a couple of my rental properties in Derby after I moved out of the area, which during this time their service with finding tenants and managing the portfolio was brilliant so a big thank you to the Lettings team for all their support. I then proceeded to sell both properties over the last 6 years with the final one only just being completed. This was a bit drawn out due to Covid and a couple of hiccups during but throughout I was kept informed of what was happening from viewings, buyers position and offers. They went the extra mile through a difficult and frustrating time but we got there in the end. So huge thanks to the whole of the Sales Team in particular Angela Delaney who dealt with all the ups and downs throughout. You may pay a little bit more in fees, but from this last experience it was well worth it. It's a cliche but you certainly get what you pay for and more from BBJs. So I would totally recommend BBJs for either Selling, Buying and Renting/Letting properties, their are an amazing professional team.

BB&J have been outstanding throughout the valuation process for my property. From the early stages phoning through and arranging the appointment, Maria was so efficient and helpful. Our Surveyor Robert came out at a convenient time, he was polite and knowledgeable. Rob produced a thorough Valuation in a timely manner. Upon requesting a short notice update, Rob gave my request urgent priority and had issued the document within an hour to help me get out of a tight situation with my SaIe. I can’t recommend the team highly enough. I would certainly use them in the future.

We bought our now new home and sold our home through BBJ’s.
We have nothing but praise for the way they handles both transactions, the communication was superb from Dawn she was very professional and both the sale and the new purchase went through swiftly without a hitch.
I would recommend them highly and the price was very competitive.

I recently tried to let a property with this agent and was not impressed with the customer service from the agent dealing with the property. She was quite dismissive of my enquiry and would not listen to any additional input I had to put forward to the landlord. It's a reoccurring theme with most letting agents now that they do not want to get to know the person behind the application and you are sold on paper. Will not be using them again.
