Every person I have dealt with at Boxall, Brown and Jones has been extremely professional and so helpful. I was selling my late father's property which made it an emotional experience. They were courteous and sympathetic. From the initial valuation to marketing, viewings and then liaising with my buyer and solicitors they were beyond helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I mainly dealt with Tracey and her communications and actions to chase up outstanding areas was invaluable. I would have really struggled without her.

We have used Boxall Brown and Jones in the past to buy and sell a property and had a great experience and it was no different this time round. From the moment Chris Bird came to value the house, to the end of the process, all of the staff at BBJ's went above and beyond to help.
Special mentions to Angela Delaney who was patient, thorough, understanding and really positive throughout. Moving house is such a stressful process, but Angela was happy to help, listen and advise at every turn.
All in all, if you're deciding who to sell your house with, then look no further. Boxalls are reliable, renowned and reasonably priced.

We have used Rob and his team on two occasions in connection with buying a property, great hands on approach and personal touch to all communication .
Punctual , Professional and High standards are descriptors that sum the team up .

Very poor in communication and updates. Very poor handover despite numerous calls and emails. Despite having no requirement for a survey and mortgage the time to complete was terrible. Excuse was solicitor but it was not the case, BBJ took three weeks just to inform the other side of our requirements and it took an ultimatum to make the purchase complete.
On completion we had to visit the office for keys, one set was supplied which appeared strange as this had been an AB&B property, no keys with the management provider!
This was followed up by us with emails but no reply.
I would not use this estate agent to rent or sell my property.

Cameron Godfrey, Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, always worked in a reliable and professional manner with me during my experience with BBJ. Nothing has been too much trouble, and during these recent strange times, Cameron remained positive and friendly throughout.

I cannot recommend Boxhall, Brown and Jones enough. We first bought a house through them eight years ago and we were very impressed. When the decision came to sell, we didn’t hesitate to use them again. Christopher Bird, our initial contact and the surveyor, was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Once the house was on the market, Dawn Barker was our contact and she was fantastic. She responded to queries almost instantaneously, updated us on how the sale was proceeding frequently and, once again, was brutally honest when there were issues. At every point we felt ‘in the loop’. In addition to this, our buyers raved about Dawn’s communication too. In short, we would certainly not hesitate to use Boxhall, Brown and Jones again.

I really cannot thank Claire Taylor from Derby Boxall Brown & Jones enough. She recently showed me around a property in Darley Abbey and her customer service was exceptional. After having a few recent poor experiences with Estate Agents from other companies I really feel the need to commend Claire on her knowledge of the property and exceptional standards. It really does make all the difference when you are viewing a property, especially for the first time. I was greeted by Claire who was already at the property, and had pre-opened all the doors ready for my arrival. Claire was incredibly friendly and I just want to say a huge Thankyou to Claire for providing such an exceptional house viewing experience and she should be praised for her attitude and effort.

Rob called me on the day of the survey to put my mind at ease, and the report was delivered a few days later. The report itself was really detailed and Rob kindly called me afterwards to discuss its content. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services.
