Boomer Benefits is an outstanding organization. My husband does in-depth research on everything and since I was becoming Medicare eligible in the coming months he started researching. He came across, bought, and read the book 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can't Afford to Make authored by the co- founder of Boomer Benefits. We knew right away that we had to work with Boomer Benefits. Billy Wessels is my agent and I couldn't have asked for a more detail-oriented individual to work with me. Billy is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and did I mention detail-oriented? Basically, Billy held my hand through the entire process, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience. Stumbled upon the Boomer Benefits FB page while researching Medicare last year. The videos and the “10 Costly Medicare Mistakes” book were very helpful in understanding this complex program. My husband reached Medicare eligibility earlier this year due to retirement. Billy Wessels was extremely helpful in assisting him in signing up for Part B and a Medigap policy as well as navigating the steps necessary to reverse the penalty for late signup (husband had been covered by creditable work insurance). A week ago Billy contacted me as I was within my 7 month enrollment window. Because of the information he had shared during my husband’s enrollment, it was an easy decision to select a Medigap plan. My enrollment was very straightforward and quickly completed. It was a pleasure to work with Billy. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable!

Ellery took very good care of us this week. She was sensitive to our needs and worked very hard to meet our needs. She is a real winner in our eyes.

Once I finally picked Part G and Part D, I needed to find doctors who were accepting new patients. Alexa Randle is the Boomer employee who helped me find a Dr. She sent me a list of Dr.s close to me and asked the office several questions about their practice. She did all the screening for me and then provided me with a vetted list she thought would be a good fit for my needs.
