Tyler and Armando were fabulous
Tyler and Armando were fabulous! Very personable and took great care of our stuff!! 5 ⭐️
Terrible experience. Unqualified.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage and would strongly caution others before using them.
We paid extra for insurance coverage specifically to protect our belongings, yet our move resulted in significant damage to high-value furniture, including a bed valued at approximately $5,000 and a custom table worth around $500. The damage was completely avoidable and appeared to be caused by careless handling during the move.
The crew itself was also a major issue. Although we were charged for a 3-person team, it effectively operated like a 1-person crew. One mover was brand new and spoke no English, another team member physically struggled to lift items, and the lack of communication between the crew caused constant delays, confusion, and wasted time. There was excessive standing around while one worker tried to direct the entire operation.
The move took significantly longer than it should have because the team was unorganized and unprepared. What should have been a professional moving experience turned into an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation.
We documented the damage, submitted receipts, and are now having to fight for fair reimbursement despite paying for additional coverage upfront.
If you are moving valuable furniture or expect professional service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I am so disappointed I used all my sons…
I am so disappointed I used all my sons moving company and I was given a price of 179 per hour and then I was given an estimate for four hours for $923. When the men arrived they asked for coffee and breakfast they said it was early and they were not quite awake yet. On top of that when we got to where my furniture was going to be taken off the truck, they stood there for 30 minutes saying they were waiting for somebody to respond with the price they gave me a price of 1500. I believe $95. The management team was very surprised that I was shocked at this bill. I have been told when I scheduled the appointment that I would not be charged for supplies that automatically came with the set up, which was the wrapping of the furniture. I told him I did not need wardrobe boxes. I did not want them. The men who moved me were very skillful and lying, and saying that the open boxes they were putting on the sides of my furniture, was to protect it. They never said that I would be charged for it. I did not know this when I called the management team. They remove those fees for me which I did appreciate but those fee fees total $352 on top of that the men tried to stay and sweep out their truck and try to take their time and I had to share with the company that I was not expected to pay for that time. The management was very nice and made sure they took that off. However, if I had not been vigilant and really paid attention, I would’ve been overcharged again by $200. I have heard things about all my sons before and I had never really used them, but I thought I would give them a chance the sales people don’t tell you the truth the operations team the management team they were very helpful. They tried to be understanding but there’s a big difference between $932 and $1545 or $1595 and there were three men that came to move me come on. I didn’t even move from my house. I moved from an apartment. I’m very disappointed in them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Unprofessional Moving company: STAY AWAY
Moving company: All My Sons Moving & Storage
7642 Dynatech Ct, Springfield, VA 22153
804-315-3030
Manager: Rusty
On Wednesday morning at approximately 8:04 AM, I contacted All My Sons Moving & Storage to ask questions regarding their moving services in order to determine whether I wanted to move forward with using their company.
Unfortunately, my experience with both the employee and management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
The employee I spoke with, Laura, appeared to lack the necessary knowledge and understanding of the company’s services and pricing structure. During the call, I asked whether there would be any taxes or additional fees beyond the quoted flat rate. Laura responded by saying, “From what I have been told… no.” I explained that I needed a clear and definitive answer and requested that, if she was unsure, she transfer me to someone who could provide accurate information.
Laura placed me on hold and later returned to the call still unable to provide a direct or confident answer. I then expressed that her inability to answer basic questions made me feel as though she was not knowledgeable regarding her position. At that point, Laura became confrontational, spoke over me repeatedly, and insisted that she had already answered my question clearly and that she was fully capable of doing her job. Her tone and attitude became increasingly hostile and unprofessional.
Due to her behavior, I stated that I no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation with her and requested to speak with a manager. Instead of professionally transferring the call, Laura continued arguing with me. Roughly 15 minutes into the conversation, she then informed me that the call was being recorded. At no point at the beginning of the call was I advised that the conversation was being recorded, which I found highly concerning.
I was eventually transferred to a manager named Rusty. Unfortunately, the interaction with management was no better. While attempting to explain my concerns, Rusty repeatedly interrupted me. When I asked if I could finish speaking, he responded, “Yes, if you would like,” in a dismissive manner. After I explained the issues I experienced with Laura, Rusty stated that he “couldn’t play sides” and would need to listen to the recording. I never asked him to take sides; my intention was simply to make management aware of the poor customer service experience so that no future customer would have to endure similar treatment.
Rusty then stated that they “rarely receive complaints like this,” implying that my concerns were unusual or questionable. I responded by saying that simply because complaints are rare does not mean poor treatment is impossible. Rusty accused me of misconstruing his words, which I was not doing. I was simply responding to his statement. He then claimed there appeared to be a “communication issue,” when in reality the issue was the unwillingness of both the employee and management to acknowledge the unprofessional behavior and poor communication that occurred during the call.
At that point, I informed Rusty that I felt the same confrontational attitude was being displayed by management and that I no longer felt comfortable trusting or spending my hard-earned money with the company. I then ended the call.
Shortly after 9:00 AM, I received a voicemail from Rusty stating that he had reviewed the recorded call and believed the employee had answered my question. The voicemail entirely ignored the employee’s inability to provide clear information, as well as the hostile and dismissive behavior displayed throughout the interaction.
This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects a significant decline in customer service professionalism and accountability. As a hardworking United States Army Soldier, I dedicate my life to serving and protecting this country. I should not have to endure disrespect, hostility, or dismissive treatment simply for asking reasonable questions as a potential customer.
I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed seriously so that future customers do not experience the same level of poor customer service and unprofessional conduct that I encountered.
DANGER....STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROBBERS!
From the top... number one as a moving company your job is to load and unload all items including in our move from point A to point B NOT TO TELL THE CUSTOMER(S) HOW TO ARRANGE THEIR FURNITURE OR ANY ITEMS IN THEIR HOME. Also, it has come to my attention that the screen of my fiance's 55 inch TV was severely damaged during the move with multiple scratch marks and finger prints. THAT IS THE REASON YOU DON'T TOUCH THE SCREEN and a professional moving company should not have to be reminded of it. Including the warranty and the ROKU fire stick that whole package is worth $800 and she intends to file a lawsuit for the damages you clowns caused during the move... especially considering how your boss price gouged us like twice and tried to run the bill up to over $2000 which is about $900 more than the original quote. That is extortion and discrimination and that's against the law and not to mention violation of our property. Then you had the balls to ask for a tip and gave my fiance a dirty look for handing them a $20 bill. She did not have to do that...that was out of the kindness of her heart and that was all she had. In addition you so called movers threatened to charge us $500 extra IF the unload exceeded 90 minutes even though the final bill was already paid. You will refund us the$900 or we're taking your dumbasses to court for negligence and pain and suffering. You will pay up or legal action will be taken and you don't want that.
Ladies and gents, stay away from these evil bastards because they are thieves and we don't respond well to extortion.
Excellent Service
Tyler P and Armando were very quick, courteous, and thorough
I used All My Sons
I used All My Sons. They do have hidden fees. What I had it should not have taken that long. They sent two young men who were nice. One young man complained about his back the whole time, and I helped take my stuff out of my apartment. I did think this speed up the time? Because I saw that he was taking his time. One of the young men carried out mostly everything by himself, including the big items. I called the company and I am yet waiting on the boss to return my call, and this has been since February. I called on a Saturday and reached the office in Texas. They were very professional and efficient, and they called back. However, they sent messages to the supervisor in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I have yet to hear from him.
I hired All My Sons for a 30-mile…
I hired All My Sons for a 30-mile delivery of a bedframe and two nightstands from Facebook Marketplace. The two movers (Mason & S) were punctual, efficient, and professional — they did a great job. However, the written quote I was given was misrepresented. I was quoted approximately $450 but after delivery was charged $700+. I raised my concerns, tipped the movers, and tried to resolve the discrepancy with the manager/owner by phone, but the response was rude and unhelpful (repeatedly saying “cash or card” without explaining the surge). The lack of price transparency felt like a bait-and-switch. I wish I’d read reviews first — I expected clear pricing. I’m sharing this experience so others ask for a full written breakdown before booking.
I hired this company to move furniture…m
I hired this company to move furniture out of my personal condominium, expecting a professional level of care and attention. Unfortunately, the experience resulted in significant damage to my real hardwood floors throughout the unit. Multiple scratches and gouges were caused during the move, and it was evident that proper precautions were not taken to protect the flooring. No protective floor coverings were put down, and the movers did not exercise the level of caution that should reasonably be expected when moving heavy furniture through a finished home.
What made the situation even more concerning was that, without consulting me, one of the movers attempted to conceal one of the scratches using a black Sharpie marker.
Rather than improving the issue, this made the damage substantially worse. I have photographs documenting both the original damage and the attempted cover-up.
I immediately reported the matter to the management team and insurance representatives. After obtaining professional repair estimates and completing the necessary repairs, the total cost to restore my floors came to $8,500.
Despite the seriousness of the damage, this company offered only $900 toward the repairs. Equally disappointing was the complete lack of accountability, apology, or meaningful effort to resolve the situation appropriately.
As a real estate professional, I work with vendors regularly and understand that accidents can happen. However, what separates reputable companies from others is how they respond when issues arise. In my experience, this response fell far below the standard of professionalism and customer service I would expect from a moving company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
First off, you could repair your truck's properly. Our truck had a hole in it and it was raining. We booked for the 18th as we had no choice due to the owners of the house. The only solution was to send another truck the next day which was not an option. We had to have everything cellophaned and wrapped in blankets to help protect our belongings. The movers told us that they have been asking for a year to have the hole in the truck repaired. Proper inspections and maintenance of your vehicles is mandatory. Second, we paid to have EVERYTHING packed. There was multiple items that were left loose and not packed. There was also totes that we had packed ourselves that were left behind. We still had to make several trips afterwards to get the things they did not pack. I specifically said on the phone we had a peloton bike that needed to be transported and the head mover Juan said he had no idea about it and that they hadn't gone in that room. That was a lie because all the spare boxes I bought for them to use were in that room. Third, I could smell alcohol on Juan. I'm an ER nurse and smell alcohol on my patients all the time. The odor was so strong my son even noticed it and asked me what the smell was. They also damaged a door and two baseboards which I have already made a claim for. I will never use you again nor will I refer your business to anyone I know.
Rude......
Because I could not provide the representative with an exact date, he hung up the phone. Very rude but I'm glad he did because it just let me know, they are not the company for me.
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS OR HAVE A TIGHT BUDGET!
Hired this company to load a POD with our already-boxed things. All we needed was loading. Guy on the phone said it’ll take 2 guys at most 2.5 hours. Cost was like $360. Perfect. Scheduled them for the day before we moved.
Fast forward to that day. They arrived at 1:30pm—2 hours later than their window, which was ok, no big deal. After the men assessed what we needed packed, they said, “this job is going to take all night if we don’t bring in a 3rd worker. We have to wrap all of your things.” We said, “no need to wrap things, just load them in the POD.” The lead man came up to me with his cell phone on speaker and said his boss wanted to speak with me. I answered and he said in an irritated and brash voice, “We need to wrap every piece of furniture you have. You have a lot of furniture. We need a 3rd man out there.” And I said, “Our furniture is not expensive furniture. It DOES NOT need wrapped, just put in the POD.” Then he barked, “If you don’t let my men wrap your furniture, they will walk away and leave your house. It is our policy!” Knowing we needed to move tomorrow, I said, “Ok, send another guy, wrap the furniture.” How long could that take?! Well FIVE HOURS LATER, they were still wrapping furniture and boxes and plastic storage containers. All of a sudden we heard a large, BOOM! from our bedroom. Walked in there and our giant headboard laid SHATTERED on the floor. I say shattered because it didn’t just hit the floor and a simple piece came off. It hit the other wooden pieces of the bed that were laying on the floor and chunks flew off of the headboard. The man that was there said “I’m so sorry, I had it leaning against the window and the wind blew and it fell! It’s my fault!” The lead man called his boss and sent him pictures. The boss said, “We will send it to our insurance company.” They asked me if we still wanted the rest of the bed packed away. We said, no, without the attached headboard, the bed is no good. We said we want it taken away. They agreed. Then they said, “Well it’s been a long night, how about we load these last 9 boxes and have you pay and we leave.” We wanted them gone so we said yes. AN HOUR LATER they came up to us with the bill. $1,700. Extra packing supplies, extra man, extra hours all added up. None of those things did we want or talk about when making our initial reservation. They took the bed frame and left. We felt so taken advantage of. The story doesn’t end there. So a day later we call the boss to ask about the status of our insurance claim and he says he has no recollection of what we were talking about. He said if anything was sent to insurance we needed to call the insurance company. We called them- there was no claim submitted. We had to start the claim from scratch with pictures thank god I took on my own phone. This claims process is horrible. They do not answer the phone, and do not have real people to talk to. A MONTH later, I received an email that said they will give us $147 for a $1200 bed. We said no and appealed. After a few weeks, the appeal came through and they said they would only give us $124. Not wanting to get nothing from this we said yes. They asked our Zelle number. After a few days, I said we never received the Zelle. They said they would mail a check instead. It has now been 1.5 months since the incident and no check. This place is a well planned SCAM. They should have a class action suit against the and should be out of business.
DO NOT HIRE!
From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and misleading. When we first spoke with a representative, my husband clearly explained that in addition to our large furniture items, we also had clothes, decorations, and other household belongings that would be packed in boxes. She provided us with a quote based on that information. A second representative called closer to the move date and did not express any confusion about the scope of our move.
However, just a day or two before moving, Justin contacted us and only referenced the large furniture items. When my husband again mentioned boxes and smaller items, Justin seemed confused and then increased our quote.
On moving day, the crew arrived late, and one of the movers smelled strongly of marijuana. The main guy said he was “a little” worried about all of our belongings fitting on the truck, that somehow lead to about a third to a half of our belongings being left behind.
After loading, they told us they would unload the truck the next morning instead of that same day. The lead mover even made a comment along the lines of, “If I was feeling like a cowboy today, we’d unload, but we’ll just do it tomorrow.” This raised serious concerns about whether they had simply chosen not to finish the job. We later overheard him on the phone with the company falsely stating that we had agreed to next-day unloading, which we absolutely had not. They only unloaded that night after my husband called and complained to their logistics department.
To make matters worse, we were told they needed to make additional stops (including going out of the way to drop off a crew member and get a gas card), and it felt like they treated those delays as if they were our responsibility.
My husband had to drive ahead to Florida to meet the movers, while my mother and I, both of whom have physical medical issues, were left to handle the situation. We had to quickly move everything off carpeted areas for a scheduled carpet cleaning, carry remaining items downstairs, and finish cleaning the rest of the house ourselves.
Later that night, I had to drive to Florida to help with things there. Then we had to rent our own truck (at an additional cost), drive back to Savannah, load the remaining items ourselves with the help of a friend, and return to Florida again, late at night. We (my mom, husband, and I) had to then unload the truck (at 2 am), to be able to return it to avoid further rental charges.
When we contacted Justin about the situation, the only solution offered was for us to pay an additional $2,000 for another crew to retrieve the items they left behind, which is why we ended up renting a truck. When we declined, he seemed surprised. He was also rude and condescending throughout our conversations. He lied multiple times.. First saying it was up to the movers whether to load and unload, then claiming it was a mutual decision between us and them, then when he was called out on another lie, he hung up.
The movers caused property damage by repeatedly slamming their dolly onto the brick area in front of our house, breaking several bricks. They only put down protective padding after we asked them to. They also left behind trash, including tape and wrapping materials, and caused scuff marks on our walls, leaving us with even more cleanup.
Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely costly, not just financially, but physically and emotionally. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.
Caring, punctual fast
The team led by Tyler P was extremely efficient careful and punctual. Their communication was great and they even went above and beyond to help unload personal effects in my car. They moved an extremely heavy baby Grand piano in the rain. It was absolutely miserable conditions, but they had great teamwork. I could not thank these guys enough for the Care. They took, ensuring my move went smooth.
Courteous and Professional!
Tyler P., Maurice B., Armando D. did a great job moving us out of our house and into our new home. They were courteous and professional.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Overcharged, incomplete job, and zero accountability. Left items behind, didn’t assemble the bed like promised, and broke my lamp. I ended up having to buy two new beds. It was not able to be reassembled. I had to go back twice to fix their mess. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
