Boomer Benefits is a great organization that has a highly professional staff that are very knowledgeable, efficient as well as good communicators and interface very well with their clients. Angie Kuykendall is a great example and represents the Boomer Benefits culture and vision well with her keen focus on her clients. During the typical "chaos" of open enrollment, she was responsive, provided proactive follow-up and communicated all aspects regarding my questions. I was transitioning from a Supplement to an Advantage plan as I am relocating from Illinois to Florida and she brought me up to speed rather quickly, she walked me through all key aspects of the differences between the two types of plans as well as providing great explanations regarding the advantage plans, including the one I selected. She helped me during a time of major changes such as moving (and downsizing) to Florida. I really appreciate how she was able to assist me as well as the support and training she gets from Boomer Benefits. Many Thanks!

Boomer Benefits, and in particular, Bill Warren, were just outstanding to work with. He was extremely patient as he explained everything in detail to both me and to the friend I was trying to help choose her plan for next year. She ended up being able to keep all her current doctors, plus save over $2200 a year! And as an unexpected bonus, he reviewed my own coverage and was able to get me into a more highly rated plan for next year. I highly recommend this company!

I am new to Boomer Benefits and had lots of questions. Julia Porras was there at every step and provided amazing service.

I did not realize that my window of opportunity to change my part D medicare plan through Boomer Benefits was Nov.22nd. When I called to make that change I spoke to Michelle Weingart who informed me that they stopped implementing changes last Wednesday. I was disappointed since I had called and left a message to speak to my representative on Tuesday, and his outgoing message made no reference to the end date. She was kind enough to look up my info and send me a link where I was able to sign up at a big savings of over my current plan. Michelle went above and beyond for me!

Larry West was awesome to work with. I highly recommend him and Boomer Benefits.

Ruth Oekerman worked tirelessly to have my Welcome to Medicare visit with my physician recoded and submitted to Medicare correctly. Ruth was in constant contact with me throughout the process which took several months until the bill was finally submitted correctly by the medical facility. Ruth was so very pleasant to work with. If Ruth is working with you, you're in very good hands!

Over the course of two phone conversations, Dustin Hibner patiently answered all my questions and gave me several insurance options to consider. He didn't push for one plan over another---his goal was to give me the information I needed to make my own decisions. When I asked for his opinions, he gave me thoughtful, fact-based answers. I really appreciate this way of doing business!

When I was ready, Dustin helped me with all the paperwork needed to enroll in the Medigap plan I chose as well as a dental-vision-hearing package. (He also offered suggestions for Part D but I chose to enroll in Part D through my beloved locally owned pharmacy.)

Riley McPherson evaluated my Medicare coverage and answered my questions so I could make an educated decision on what coverage was best for me. Signing up for Medicare can be confusing and overwhelming but with Riley’s help it was a simple process. She was patient, responsive, kind and helpful.

For the 2nd time in the past year, I have had the Boomer Benefits Client Service Team take care of a medical bill that I received, but did not owe. I will be eligible for Medicare benefits in 2024. I have been researching several insurance companies for the past 3 months. Let me tell you, it is confusing! I saw Boomer Benefits ad on Facebook, filled out my information and the next morning I had a call from Larry West. He couldn’t talk at length then but we sat a time for the afternoon. Larry was wonderful! He is very personable, professional and quickly filtered through the web of Medicare options and we found the perfect insurance company for me, including a Dental and Drug plan. It really was such a relief to be finished with this necessary yet complicated task. I appreciate Larry’s guidance and so happy to join the Boomer Benefits family!!
