I have been very pleased with Boomer Benefits. All the associates are great, pleasant, and very professional. Like the response you get back. I do recommend using them.

When Walmart told me it would be from 6 to 12 weeks before I could get my returned glasses credited to insurance, Boomer Benefits called United Healthcare directly and they called Walmart. I got a new pair of glasses in 2 weeks! I especially want to shout out to LeAnn Remanse, super helpful and doesn't make me feel like she's rushing to finish the call. Truly friendly. Great experience

Worked with Stephen Arellano and he was very informative and compared different plans with me with lower premiums but still with same plan offerings. He was professional and easy to talk with and listened to my questions and responded until he knew I was fully aware of the changes.

She is an asset to any organization, especially within the health insurance industry. She is highly experienced and professional - displayed in her strong commitment in helping clients. She communicates clearly and effectively, making even complex information easy to understand.
Just as important, she is approachable and easy to talk to, which allows her to build trust quickly with her clients. One of her standout quality is her dedication to find answers even when she does not have a solution. Juliana is a client advocate and she demonstrates excellent work ethics.

I have been working with Andrew Matthews at Boomer Benefits for close to a year and he is the best! He is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable on the topic of Medicare & Healthcare Insurance. He has been able to put information in a manner in which I did not find confusing &/or daunting in a simple easy way to understand. He was able to suggest options appropriate for me objectively providing the pros and cons of each. Not once did he rush, push and/or talk down to me. It was truly refreshing to meet someone who made you feel comfortable and provide good customer service. I truly was all about me and what is best for me. He made something (moving from private insurance to Medicare) scary to me manageable. His follow through and attention to detail was excellent. The agent Jay Sonderegger was knowable and welling to help find the right company to change with if they except me at a lower rate for my Gap G. which I have been on for years and love. Jay walked me thru and was nice, understanding and helpful. treated me with respect. This is my first time with Boomer I will remain with them for help in future changes.
