on check in with my vehicle found the staff not helpful I had made a mistake on departure time and wanted to correct it when the staff pointed it out to me but they said just leave it will be fine dident say anything else like enjoy your holiday etc there was no help with cases or with young parents with pushchairs we was dropped at north terminal about 10 minute walk away then when we returned from our holiday the coach stop was overwhelmed with people waitng for their pickup only being dissapointed that one small coach turns up saying the other driver is on a break this is 2am in the morning then arriveing at car collection the staff were unhelpful saying we owed 24hours parking even though explained about the situation when booked in they were very stern on us paying extra £15.00 even though i told them that book in forms are not clear anoth on times and I stated thats why you have flight numbers he said flight numbers mean nothing to them still insisted on us paying the extra 15 pound wasent even prepared to waiver ittold us where car was and that was that when getting in our car we noticed aircon had been turned on full driving mirror altered seat moved even though it was only moved few feet for parking. we will not be using this company again very dissapointed with the whole of the service

Easy to find car park
Easy to find car park, easy access to the airport, bus driver waited for us when he saw us heading over to the bus stop. Friendly drivers. Overall a very good service - will always use this car park if flying from Gatwick.

The worst experience I’ve ever been…
The worst experience I’ve ever been through with a parking company,I was passed from one car park to another because the people there did not understand the email I almost missed. my flight got turned around a few times by the same employee who refused to believe that I had booked the car park even though I showed her the email until one of her colleagues read the email and then realised they had made a mistake and it was for their company parking that was after the employee had sent me around and I had wasted over an hour and a half and almost missed my flight. This is terrible customer service and I will be taking it further. An absolute joke.

Vehicle not secure
On 17 May parked my car at the Gatwick Holiday Parking site and left my keys, as required. The site is advertised as a secure and patrolled safe parking area. There were numerous signs stating they would not be responsible for articles left in vehicles. The T & C on their website state that the car park although monitored was not 100% secure and that any claim for theft would only be considered if the car was locked by key.
On 21 May Checking my Volvo status remotely, it had been parked by the car park staff but had not been locked since it was parked on 17 May; I then locked it remotely. I telephoned the car park before my return to check that they had not left the keys in the car, if so, I would unlock it so they could position my car for collection. I asked that they email or call me to confirm the situation but was told they would only contact me if there was a problem. I doubt I shall use them again.
