Slight improvement to the instructions and I'd give a 5 star review
Although your instructions very clearly told me to go right at the final roundabout, the signage I recognised was the sign taking me left. I must have gone round the roundabout 4 times before I decided what to do, so something in the instructions to say this would be useful. Otherwise, speedy bus service to the airport and I would definitely use again.

On arrival was not on system so had to take a ticket rather than ANPR being recognised
On return again ANPR not recognised had to wait at the barrier for over 30 minutes until a man came and checked my email receipt before allowing us to leave

Very efficient.
We were parking long stay for 5 nights.
On exit there was a glitch and our car plate was not recognised for our prebooking, which was unfortunate, but this was dealt with promptly and a member of staff was sent to check our booking.
All was in order and with proof of purchase we were on our way. All staff were very polite and efficient which helped a lot.
Would use again.

Simple to book service. Efficient transfer to and from the terminal and reasonably priced. Since we discovered Gatwick Holiday Parking we've only parked there.

Went into the second short stay car…
Went into the second short stay car park. People park terribly and that should be monitored. The spaces aren’t very big, bearing in mind people have luggage. The bends heading upto each level are super tight so you really do need to be careful in these multi storeys!

Great service, would use again 100%
Very easy and convenient service to use, my flight was delayed by an hour on the way back so I were a little late picking up my car but they didn't mention it or charge extra which I was grateful for. They park the car for you when you get there which is great and a bus comes every 15 minutes to get to the terminal.
Helpful tip: follow signs for long stay car park before you see the signs that clearly show the way to 'Gatwick holiday parking'.

Totally disgusting service!
A man I would say in his late 50’s the bus driver on the bus back to our parking at approximately 10.45pm on 18.4.26 spoke to us absolutely disgustingly, I only asked him a question I wanted to report him but he wouldn’t give me his name and had no badge, totally vile man with no customer service at all…
