I never received a confirmation email after purchase. I paid extra for express shipping but I never received any communication about shipping status. I also never received my order. I’ve tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp but there has been no reply.

Avoid at all cost, there are so many other online AU smoke stores available that have excellent customer service and an overall better shopping experience.

My Parcel came and all the Glassware was completely broken. I took Photos and sent them via email and WhatsApp. Their E-mail address is incorrect. I get No Such Address so they can not get emails.I have sent messages via WhatApp and they have not even check nor respomded to any of my messages. I have wasted my money there and I will never Order from this company every again. Their Customer Serevice is no good so Do not ever Order from here Because in 2 weeks I have not hear back so if your product comes damage its a loss and you will not get new ones

Cheapest Agung bongs in Australia and was only 3 days delivery to country Tasmania. City folk would get the next day

I purchased the "Roddi Bent Tornado 2.0 Glass Bong – 30cm" the specifications of this product are so far from correct it's ridiculous!

This is NOT a tornado bong. The perculator that is in the bong is a HONEYCOMB. It doesn't produce "Tornado Helix" what so ever.
The website states that they have Expert Customer service yet there is no way that you will EVER get to speak to someone regarding an issue.

Placed an order on the 19/04/25 then received an email on the 05/05/25 stating that what I ordered was out of stock and please choose another item. Then received another email stating they was posting mu items the next day, I paid for express shipping and have not received any shipping information and I contacted them several times chasing this up and asking for tracking information. Do not shop here I still haven't received anything and they just take your money and now having troubles with afterpay trying to get my money back

Placed a $16 express shipping order 2 days ago worth $160, still no tracking code or email to say it’s been shipped. Have tried contacting them on WhatsApp, Facebook, on both their sales and support email accounts and still no reply.

Update 2 days later - finally received exactly what i ordered expect a different flavour bong water other than that everything is good besides the no contact whatsoever from them. but everything came wrapped heavily in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes, no broken glass or items and the quality seems very strong

Bought a Tyson2 central vehicle water pipe cost over $500. It’s a knock off. It’s not an original Tyson too. Sent multiple emails. No response. Water pipe doesn’t work. It hasn’t been manufactured properly. I’m this to consumer affairs and the maker of the water pipe Stündenglass is also chasing it up on their end because they don’t want their name dragged through the water as a company making knock off products I can either deposit the money back in my account. Send me a bank check or give me the original of what I ordered a Tyson2.

Every bad review on this site is LEGIT trust me. Yeah I ordered from them first time a while back last year, and yeah no complaints other than shitty poor quality glass that shatters WAY too easily, just thought it was my chance bad luck, nbd.

SECOND order tho got sent the wrong things and trying to reach out to them is impossible they ghost u completely. I wasn't burned as bad as some other ppl on here, but bad enough to know DON'T SHOP HERE EVER - IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

PAY A BIT EXTRA SOMEWHERE ELSE LEGIT AND GET GOOD QUALITY GLASS THAT LASTS!!

I received the wrong bong design, reached out and was sent an email reply that seemed automatic, claiming due to the items I purchased a random colour will be sent out (this was after I'd already received it and voiced the issue, nowhere on the site does it tell you this before purchasing) so I replied back confused as on the site the specific designs are listed, the descriptionof each item talks about that specific design on the bong, so you choose and pick a certain design but get sent a random one anyways?? Then I never got a reply but randomly had my entire order redelivered...it was the exact same, incorrect bong again.

Im over it at this point and emailed again to say at this point I just want my money back or something and we're at a week with no reply.

I'll edit this review when they reply to me, IF they reply.

Edit- doubt they'll reply, I urge everyone to report them to the ACCC

I don't know about the negative reviews on here, either they were unlucky with their transaction, or they are fake reviews from rival businesses. After all, it is a cutthroat market, plenty of people trying to sell this kind of equipment these days, and only so many customers to buy it. I don't know, all I can say is that our experience shopping here was smooth and painless, and will purchase any more smoking implements from here in the future.

Wouldn't purchase again

- missing items from package

- ordered BLACK utensils and was sent green ones instead

- other utensils were incorrect size

- The tray i purchased and one i received are completely different

- sent wrong papers

So many mistakes for 1 order

Complete scam don’t fall for it they take you’re order and you’re money then cancel you’re order and no refund with no reply available because phones dead and email is a waste of time too

I ordered a beautiful green bong 2 weeks ago. I received it 2 days ago, and it’s not what I ordered. I tried to contact the company but all the contact info doesn’t work, no one would reply; then finally after threatening to report them I had an Asian woman tell me it’s my fault and they don’t sell the colour I ordered it’s just a photo to show what style. No where did it say this. Now she is telling me to basically go fuxk myself.

Their site seems good & ok prices but when it comes to reporting broken items upon delivery they don't get back to you & avoid you like the plague. Order elsewhere!!

Express posted to me and got my order the next day! No broken items all were in perfect condition great quality! Definitely recommend!
