Great customer service , australia post broke down and didnt pick up the daily deliveries so the owner chucked in some freebies without even asking!!! , the best service and quality products.!!!! :) no AI chat bot , straight up human to human understanding! shop with these guys they allways look after there customers

Dont buy any junk from this company. I got a 23cm AGUNG gripper bong and It wasn't airtight. They sent 2 grommets with the purchase yet neither of them were the correct fit. How can you be so stupid as to send 2 grommets yet you still cant send the correct one

Spent $100 on a nice bong, when it arrived the stem was just rolling around and broken on delivery. Firstly they blamed how rough aus post is and never took accountability, then they did send out a new stem, however it was for a far smaller bong. Now I have a $100 paperweight, thanks.

Good price, top quality glass but the gromet was slightly damaged. I told them and they posted me a new gromet straight away. That's how customer service is done.

Received two bongs from them and both were faulty. Said they would fix it and haven’t heard anything since. If all you people who had bad experiences reported them to fair trading they would be shut down. I’m reporting them to the ACCC. Maybe the AFP will raid them. My worst consumer experience ever.

Scam store. Items don't arrive. Staff are so rude it can't be real. Expect a 3 week delay b4 you can lodge a complaint.

Been buying off these guys for years, always top quality service and products, just bought $250 worth of gear off them and when I realised I forgot a $10 item rung them the next day to get it added on, they threw it in for nothing, absolute bloody legends would recommend every day of the week

Got my order one day earlier then expected. When I unpacked my order it was missing an item, have to give it to Paul for responding so quickly to my email and getting the missing item out with in 24hrs. Will definitely be back.

Awesome! Received my package only one day late, which is completely fine considering I paid normal shipping fees. Phoenix star 42cm glass piece, thick, meticulous and fairly long which is perfect. Was wrapped up in HEAPS of bubble wrap to ensure a safe process. I really don’t understand the bad reviews, people must be getting poor handling with the delivery from the driver or facility. No complaints here, thank you oz bong team!

If I were a new customer basing my expectations of Ozbongs on the apparent distribution of good and bad reviews, I would probably be inclined to shop elsewhere. However, based on my experience of two separate transactions, one in 2014, and recently in Feb. 2023 I have no cause for complaint.
On both occasions the several small items I ordered were delivered within a reasonable period of time and were received in perfect condition thanks to the exceptionally well padded packages.
After my second purchase, when I returned an item that I had mis-ordered, Oz Bongs did not hesitate to provide a store credit and then to supply my replacement item.
My only negative experience during the recent transactions was a frustrating inability to contact the company with two different email addresses shown on their site. After attempting to send those emails I duly received notifications that the messages could not be sent. I believe however that their gmail address is reliable.

We made a mistake on the sizes of a couple of items on a recent order, Oz Bongs reached out to us personally to ask us if it was a mistake or not, then helped us get the correct sizes and made sure our order was what we wanted, was extremely grateful at the attention to detail and the effort they went too to help us without even being asked.

Excellent communication and products for tobacco smoking;) The items were shipped very well packed and fast.

They messed up my order, Never respond to questions, I asked for a refund for the item that they got incorrect, never got a response. Honestly just don't order from here
