They have a wide variety of products, recently bought a mini glass piece for a very low price. Shipping was expensive but its okay because the speed of delivery and quality of the product were more than satisfactory. The speed of delivery was insane and the discreet packaging is proper.

Avoid at all costs. Web sites state that 2 products fit each other (pop in collars and cones), but they do not fit.
Multiple emails ignored, but send an email saying I want to spend big money and they reply immediately., so yes emails do get through, just ignored.
Also under refunds page they state shipping is $8.95 for "All other products" but then illegally charge $16.50. it is against Australian consumer laws to charge more than advertised.
Place has ZERO customer service.
Edit: only after bad review did they action this, and once again blamed their junk folder. Same excuse that they have been using for years., proving they know mails are going into the junk folder, and being ignored.

Products exactly as described cheaper than most local places customer service was great communication awesome all round great experience thanks guys, fast delivery and packaged perfectly. :)

However…

The website seems scammy, if you dare navigate to another tab, TBS tab will blink and ask you “where you have gone”. I don’t want a webpage that sells smoking paraphernalia being needy, I also don’t like websites that will email you after you have left, asking you have you forgotten anything. Etc etc. I understand these are retention tactics but they really put me off.

My order was received quickly, with some items missing and some items present I didn’t order. Daz from customer service was quick to respond, offered to send me the missing items plus an extra, this is great but I received the missing bits today and one of the items is still wrong. I couldn’t be bothered going through the process again to have it amended for a $2 part.

Would I buy from TBS again? Maybe,

This is the 2nd time Bong was smashed on delivery. Advised TBS immediately, took photos and everything else required, they have not responded to my emails, the online complain form NOTHING! Looks like I will have to report to bank to stop the payment sue to what I believe is a blatant fraud. I advised them I don't want to do business with them anymore because 2nd broken bong and I guess that is why they have shafted me. BAD COMPANY!

Faulty product. Emailed. Asked for photo to show not Air-Tight. Advised not a visual thing and due to how a pipe is made. Just keep being asked for photo of issue? Ummm not sure if English speaking customer service staff. Like dealing with a Cheap Chinese Company. Used to be good but seems to have moved overseas.

This is a alter ego of fulwear. The company says it is in cypus but in fact it is a Chinese scam.

I have brought stuff from them twice now, both have been brilliant but I want to focus on this second time. I brought a sticker from them and for whatever reason, it came folded (the package its self wasn't damaged in any way) I e-mailed them and I didn't see a response but a few days later I received a brand new unfolded sticker! wonderful service. It also came 2 days early. 100% recommend

Purchased a $400 dry herb vaporiser from TBS, they were willing to price match another advertised price as I preferred to shop with them.
1-2 weeks after receiving the vape, i noticed the mouthpiece was faulty and did not sit in the housing properly. I contacted TBS about it and they sent me a replacement mouthpiece right away.
Very happy with this service, glad I chose to shop with them and will continue!

I ordered 2x tall pollen press and the sent me short wide press which is useless yo what I needed them for.
When I asked for the correct item to be sent they tell me that the warehouse and her superiors have decided that the items I ordered are the same and have same specs so it doesn't matter! Well they are completely different diameters with totally different parts and as explained not what I ordered or wanted no matter how cooked their superiors and warehousing staff are.. I have since received nothing more from them and are a waste of time and poor customer service I laughed at the response saying the have thought about it and come to the conclusion the two items were the same !!! Seriously??? It's like saying a skateboard is the same as a snowboard!!!!

Everything was fine untill I opened my packaged, things were forgotten and products were broken. Emailed them about it, with no reply. Would not use this site again.
