Scam website 100% Sent them the money, never received my goods, never received a response from any of my emails. Website isn't even there anymore.

Have been trying to contact someone about my order all day as I payed for express shipping and 2 days later and still has not been posted, and still yet to hear from anyone. Should’ve just spent the extra 10 bucks and went to ozbongs. Definitely know for next time.

This place used to be so good now it’s a scam. I spent $60 on their website and still haven’t received an my product. I have sent about 20 emails over the past week with no reply have just given up at this point

Finally got a responce after mutiple emails. Stating we'll look into it. Still nothing.
Slack initial service, must have been over a week before sending order.
Oder was incorrect upon receival.
Failed miserably in correcting their mistake as still have no satisfaction. Personally will never buy from these people again.

2nd time in 2 years ordering through these guys. Both times I've paid for express delivery and birth times I have been left to chase up my own order, With them only replying to my emails once in a while when enquiring about the whereabouts of my order. So for my most recent order i was promised they would make it up to me, they apologised, then told me my order would be shipped off immediately..... so far it's been 5 days since I paid nearly$200 to this business.
The first time I ordered through them, 2 years ago, the same thing happened, my order status wasn't progressing at all and it was well and truly over the timeframe allowed, but instead of contacting me to advise that had "just" run out of stock, they waited until I had sent off a few emails to them first, wondering where my order was, before they gave me a reason to why my order was so late.
The reason I got though, this time was that it was all SHOPIFY'S fault as they apparently had a system outage, which supposedly ceased all packing of orders, which of course then nullifies their "SAME DAY DELIVERY " POLICY and also removes ANY of the blame OFF their business....... how handy. Today is now Monday and I definitely got my order in WAY before 12pm TODAY, and yet even 5 days post payment, they still cannot fulfill their delivery GUARANTEE of same day delivery.
This is a joke, why do we not have a contact number for this business in Australia, and also why do we not have any proprietary information, not even so much as a single name to put to this business the ownership?? Pretty sure if I was going to start a business up, I wouldn't get anywhere if I didn't get a phone number that was contactable by the public to reach my business. And with no name to even put to my business and no phone number, I don't think my business would stay open longer than a week.
You guys don't get to play with your customers like this, because after reading about of these reviews, it's pretty well across the board, what the general public opinion is about this business, and its not fair at all that they're allowed to keep doing this to their customers with no repercussions.

Paid for express shipping and received the SA triple percolator bong shattered, no box or fragile sticker on the outside a couple of weeks later. Very disappointing! Have contacted support and hoping to hear back from them but otherwise, don’t expect an intact or on time bong delivered.

Ordered a Billy with Ash catcher but they only sent a bong and seal. The support team has not replied to any of my e-mails and there is no contact number. Dodgy, don't waste your time and money.

I order a billy and it was shipped in a bag (instead of a box). Because of this, it arrived to me completely smashed.
I have been emailing their support team over the last week requesting a refund but they have ignored every single email.
This store is a total scam - please shop somewhere else!!

The packaging was not discreet whatsoever, and had the store name displayed prominently and obviously on the package.

Please do not use this store. They are dodgy, their customer service team is rude. Do yourself a favour and shop at any other store but this one.

Received my mystery box from this company today and the stuff received wasn't even to the value of the box. I spent $75 plus postage to get ripped off. Don't buy from this dodgy company that just want your money and give you less than what paid for, even though the info on the mystery box clearly states you're supposed to get more than what you paid for. Clearly this business lies to get your money. Go elsewhere if you want value for money.

Everything was as advertises, came within the correct time frame, excellent customer service team and the packaging was also discreet. Gotta love it.

everything came on time, all super good quality products, good communication and customer service through the whole experience. one thing that could be improved is the packaging; instead of coming in a bag, it should come in a box to avoid breakage.
