Never do business with this company
Never do business with this company! The customer service is absolutely horrible. They only offer in-store credit, which is clearly not noted unless you go into their return policy. You have to pay to ship your items back and then there is a restocking fee on top of that. My question to them is, why would I want in-store credit with a company that has such poor quality of clothing and customer service? Of course, when I ask that I got no response. The items of clothing are poor quality, and look nothing like what is on the website. In addition, the shipping is so slow. I ordered items and it took almost a month for them to get to me.

Beware!! Very poor company to do business with!
I will NEVER do business with this company again. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Beware also that they only give you a credit after returning an item which you have to pay to ship back and then also pay a restocking fee.
The quality of their items is subpar and sizes are inconsistent. It was so disappointing.

Terrible misrepresentation of products
Terrible misrepresentation of products. The items I received were not even of like fabric or texture and the quality is so poor I would never buy had I known what was coming! A complete scam when I returned my items for a refund they just issued a gift card for more terrible items that look nothing like pictured on IG.

I placed an order for a few sweaters…
I placed an order for a few sweaters and I failed to read the return policy. The fabric was stiff, itchy and smelly! Certainly didn’t look like the pictures illustrated. The sweaters had no labels… I tried to return them and they only provided an exchange. Beware of any company who can’t stand behind their products. I will donate these sweaters before I waste my money returning or buying anything from this company. Terrible!

The quality is terrible
The quality is terrible, the fabric is flimsy and feels terrible. They will not refund only exchange. After receiving this product why would I want an exchange? There are so many options out there I’d suggest not even considering Boho Beach Hut.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company has a no refund policy because they know all of their stuff will be returned, as it is complete CRAP!!! Why would anyone want a store credit when all of their stuff is a joke?! The dress I ordered was the worst quality I have ever seen. The collar won't lay down and the ruffles won't either. The material feels like the cheapest thing I have ever felt. They act like they are a US company when their clothing comes from overseas. STAY AWAY-RUN!!!

The sweater did not look quite the same…
The sweater did not look quite the same as the photo. Nor was it as long as the picture. So I measured it and it was a few inches short than stated in the description. The cowl neck was also much bigger than the photo!

Do not buy from this company. The product is expensive and the quality is asolutely terrible. One sweather made me break out in a rash and the other snagged several times the first time I wore it. Then, when you try to return it, you have to pay shipping and can't get a refund...only a store credit to buy more cheap product. It's cute but don't do it!

Awful and Unacceptable clothing and Service
I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress when received was of very poor quality and did not fit. I had to send it back on my dime costing me $10 AND had to go through a rigorous return process indicating what item I wanted in exchange as they do NOT provide refunds. Unwilling to go through another disastrous receipt of clothing that would not fit, I opted for something safe like a swimsuit coverup. I waited WEEKS for the coverup to arrive and it is a piece of garbage that I am now stuck with. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!’b

My husband tried to order something for me because he saw it on FB. I really wish he could have seen the hundreds of reviews on how horrible this company and the products are. They are the cheapest clothing items I have ever seen. At price points that are way too high. The size guides are way off. The real indicator should have been that they don’t allow you to write a review on their website. They don’t want anyone else to know how awful their products are. You only get store credit when you make a return. So the only option is to get more junky expensive clothes. I will be disputing with my credit card company and filing a report with the BBB. The store is a scam.

Horrible. Cheap crap. What arrives looks NOTHING like it does online. They won't refund anything, only offer store credit so you're forced to buy more of their crap. Website is hard to navigate. I can't even figure out how to apply my 'credit' to other crap I might be forced to buy there.

Material is cheap and toxic. Tags are cut off. They will not return your money and only allow you to exchange from their small variety of other cheap products that they mis-advertise. I want my money back and I wish I could spare everyone wasting their money. Products are not as pictured AT ALL. I sent my husband a link for a couple of the plush looking oversized knit sweaters. He came to me before Christmas and said I am so sorry and embarassed but your sweaters would fit a toddler and are paper thin and smell like chemicals. $120 for garbage only then to be able to exchange for more garbage!
If the company would like to do the RIGHT thing... my order number was 145844 for $124.11 under the name Jimmy Dallio (my husband) and refund our money.

Toxic Clothing
It aches me to write this review, but I would have greatly appreciated reading it before spending hundreds of dollars on clothing. The clothes are saturated with toxicity. I had a massive, very dangerous reaction after I opened the plastic sleeves and I had to throw them in the garbage. The clothes come from China; hence the long shipping times. Tags were cut off (the remains were still visible) and new tags with "100% polyester" stamped on them have been sewn in. There is no other information about the fabric, care, material, branding, etc. on them. The clothing received are not the clothing pictured on their website. I urge you to not purchase from this company. The clothing is highly toxic.

Poor quality items and customer service
Definitely not a US company or if they are, they’ve outsourced their customer service and all their merchandise. I received a damaged product and the best they could offer was a $15 refund and for me to repair the item myself for a $50 item. Do not buy.
