I have a 39 waist and ordered 2 pair of whatever size shorts their sizing chart recommended... (XXL or XXXL as I recall).
Anyway, the waist is way too large, the rise is too deep, the legs are too wide and the inseam is too long so they just don't fit (me) correctly. Plus the material is heavier than I'd hoped it would be SO I wanted to return them...per their "Money Back Guarantee."
H&W's Reply #1: CS wanted to send me a replacements free of charge except for a $25 Shipping and Handling Fee to which I said, "No Thanks"
H&W's Reply #2: "Thanks for your reply. I truly want to make this right for you. As a one-time exception, we can send you a completely free replacement in the correct size, with no shipping or processing fees at all. You won’t need to return the original item — simply confirm the correct size and we’ll handle everything from our side.
I do want to be fully transparent. RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE which typically costs around $30–$50 USD per product. That’s why most customers prefer a free replacement instead — it’s faster, easier, and avoids unnecessary costs..."

Just an awful experience all around
Just an awful experience all around. The clothes are not great materials and sizing is way off. When I asked to return the items they gave me a series of run arounds and basically just refused to do it and give me the information to do it. Stay away from this brand!!

So disappointed
So disappointed, for a $50. Pair of shorts, I expect much better quality than the God Awful shorts that I got, poor quality and not to mention it took 12 days for my order to get here. This place missrrpresents itself as being an US Based company when they are probably based in China, the shorts are made in China. Please do nor be fooled by them.

Company is a scam beware! Anything you purchase is yours with no reasonable return of purchase. They will offer to send you something else, but to get a financial return you have to send the item to an international destination at a cost that exceeds your purchase price.

Hey - not real. they will send you stuff - probably not what you ordered - incredibly cheap gear and packaging. Wrong order - wrong sizes. Go to website - it opens suspicious - no phone number listed. This is a scam. Save yourself the headache.
