Bogus Website and Company
I ordered two items from this company based on their Website descriptions. After reading reviews of the company, I determined that I would be receiving, if anything, knock-offs made in China rather than what was depicted. I tried to cancel my order but they refused and said it was too late and I could only get a credit upon returning the goods per their policies. I received the items. One had a stain on it, one had a tear in the fabric, and the fabric itself was of very poor quality. They had no tags and were obvious knock-offs. I emailed customer service and they said I would have to pay to return them, and would only get credit, even for damaged items. I said I did not want a credit. I had to file a claim against them with my bank in order to get a refund. I suggest you steer clear of this company.

Have not received my item yet, tried to cancel within a day after ordering after seeing that the order may not arrive for WEEKS, was told the item has already shipped…there is no tracking information whatsoever. I then did what I should have from the start and looked up the company- realized what a giant rip off this store is…I could get the exact item within a week for $20 cheaper and free shipping at a different store. Plus they do not take returns, only exchanges to get ripped off even more. Scam! Now will await the copy and pasted “apology for my experience” like everyone else has received. Hope this helps save others from ordering from here! Image search any item you like and buy elsewhere!

Inaccurate description
Inaccurate description, terrible cheap quality. 3 people could wear this “medium” sized dress. I could understand if a little big but this dress is so big and of such poor quality that it is absolutely blatant inaccuracy. The company will not send a pre-paid return label or give you your money back.

DO NOT order anything from this place..I ordered a white maxi dress and payed $50 for the dress and expecting to get what I payed for instead I got a cheaply dress that you can see through and could've bought of Shein or Temu for $5...Will NEVER order from this place EVER again! definitely a place that takes advantage of people with false advertisements of the clothing!! I would give 0 stars for this experience. Don't Don't Don't buy anything from this rip-off company. Not only does the merchandise come in hideously and grotesquely fraudulent from the pictures portrayed, but try to get a return started or approved you will find ridiculously impossible. I am still trying to get a refund from a December purchase which was returned with my own $ in early January...

The sizes are not true to size
The sizes are not true to size. The dress I ordered was a 2X, but fit more like a large or X- Large. They're return policy is a scam. They only offer store credit or an exchange. Although they did offer me a refund of my money minus a 15% restocking fee. THEN THEY WANTED ME TO PAY TO SHIP THE DRESS BACK TO THEM!!! They are located in the United States, but NOT ONE OF THEY'RE ITEMS IS MADE IN THE U.S. EVERYTHING is imported. Stay FAR away from this company.

I ordered an item that cost $50 which…
I ordered an item that cost $50 which arrived a month after ordering and two weeks after the event I bought it for. When I attempted to return, I was informed I COULD NOT RETURN the item for a refund, only store credit. After I explained that this practice is probably illegal, I was told I could return the item subject to a 15% restocking fee and having to pay return shipping myself! This amounts to a 30% penalty for returning an item .. DEFINITELY NOT LEGAL.

Terrible quality-Ridiculous return policy
I ordered 3 items that looked completely different in the pictures than in person. The material was cheap. The fit was ridiculous. All 3 items were terrible. When I inquired about getting a refund, I was told they only give store credit. Why would I want to pick anything else from this terrible company? I feel like I've been scammed.

Do not waste your money!
The clothing is cheap and not at all worth the price. Bought a black dress and the sewing was awful. I pulled it out of the bag and couldn’t believe they would even sell something like that. Bought 5 items and all 5 are going back. Also, be aware they do not do returns. I did not see that when I ordered so I’m out $250.00 unless I happen to find a few things that are somewhat decent.

Crooked business!!!
I purchased a sweater and they charged me immediately although it was not shipped. I did not know it was coming from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive and was poor quality and not the color shown on their site. I immediately contacted them and they sent a page of instructions for me to return it at my expense. They just informed me they were giving me store credit!!!! I never agreed to these terms!! What crooks. Just disputed with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything from them.

Buyer beware
Shipping took significantly longer than what I paid for. The item was not as pictured and VERY low quality. I was truly shocked at what I received. I was even more shocked when I went to return the item and was told that they only do exchanges or store credit, literally no refunds even though they say they take returns on their website. This is clearly cheap fast fashion overpriced. Do not recommend.

Sucks
Sucks. Ordered 5 items for a vacation, not one made it before I left. Then, I attempted to return a swimsuit after I returned from vacation, that I never wore or even removed from the package and the DENIED my return. When I contacted them about why they denied the return, I got NO response!
Update as of 3/10/2025
So, after nearly a month, I get a response from boho beach hut that indicated they did respond to my complaint. Here was their “response”;

Worst quality clothing I have received
Worst quality clothing I have received, they feel as if they are made of plastic. “Refund” policy is false advertising as they do NOT issue a refund, they simply allow exchanges or store credit, and given the terrible quality of the items, there is absolutely no chance you would want another item from them. Clothing is nothing is appears to be on the website. Do not fall for this company. They should not be allowed to sell their items. This is not a clothing store, it is a complete scam.

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star
Absolutely horrible company. Doesn’t even deserve one star and needs to be closed down. They steal pictures from other sites. Once you order the items and receive them, they come from the original sender (temu quality). Items look nothing like pictures, not even the same materials. Items also comes broken. When you contact customer service they have you send the items back in (you pay the full return shipping). Then they only give you store credit back. After 3 failed attempts and round of products coming in, I gave up. All the products suck and are not even close to being the same. Total scam company and shocked they are still in business. Do not shop them.

Waste of time. Cheap looking product with inaccurate sizes. Return/exchange process is horrible. Congrats to the photographer and model that make everything look beautiful on line but unfortunately it’s a joke.
