Not only did I throw away money ordering from this scam house but I also threw good money after bad by paying for return shipping. The items you receive are absolute garbage and not at all the products they show in photos. The fabrics are completely differently in a terrible way. Trash. Garbage. Run.
I paid to return the trash they sent me and they haven't even acknowledged the return weeks later. Not even a credit to try more garbage. Save your money and do not order from this scam beach hut.

The website says this is a family owned business in Las Vegas. The clothes I ordered took more than 2 weeks to arrive and came directly from China. The quality was absolute garbage. The smell of offgassing plastic when I opened the package made me gag. And they only offer exchanges, not refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - if you want fast fashion direct from China - Shein is much cheaper and at least refunds for clothes way incorrectly sized.

Total crap, not even decent crap, it is the worst clothing crap I have ever seen. It takes forever to ship from China. NO customer service, no refunds, and you have to pay for return shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, the pictures are lies, nothing like the pictures!!! TOTAL CRAP!!!

Heed my warning!
I realize a cheap store will supply cheap clothing….but I was flabbergasted when I opened my order!! Not only was it not even close to what was pictured, but the quality was even worse!! And to top it off, they won’t refund you! They only give you store credit to buy more awful clothing!! They don’t even supply you with a return shipping label, so you spend more money to return an ugly item….absolute rip off! Save yourself and don’t order a thing from here, I threw my order directly in the trash. Complete shit

Boho Beach hut does not even deserve…
Boho Beach hut does not even deserve one star. The quality of the material is horrible. My dress did not look like anything that I ordered. They don’t want to give you your money back. They want to give you a credit who wants a credit when their stuff is horrible. I recommend not to purchase anything from this company.

I received a pair of broken wedge…
I received a pair of broken wedge sandals that were 69 dollars! I waited over 2 weeks to receive them and they were delivered in a bag no box and missing my order form. Cheaply made and I contacted them to see if I could have full refund and sent pictures to them and they offered another pair for free. No thank you! Not another thing from this place! Poor customer service.

WOW! This stuff is straight from China. Get on Temu and you can get the same stuff for 1/4 of the price. Stated the items came from Nevada.. took forever to get the package and it was all in Chinese writing. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP... I highly recommend DO NOT BUY this company. Unless you want to shop there again. They do not even issue refunds. Exchanges and credit only. There is nothing I want from this company. BUYER BE SCARED...

I would give Boho Hut a 0 if possible- it took far too long for the items to arrive, once arrived they look nothing like the photo. I had one item altered to look like the photo. I washed it and shrunk so much I can’t wear it. Totally not worth it! I tried to return the items, no go. I wanted to support a small business, too bad it was a Waite of money and time items could be found on Amazon for 1/2 the price.

I feel this website is a bit of a scam.. I had no idea what their return policy was.. I ordered two items . And was disappointed in the quality of the products .. I tried to return The items but learned they only exchange and do not reimburse your credit card.. plus I went to return both items on their website and they indicated I could only return one because the other one was a final sale.. there was no indication on my order that the one item was a final sale .. I would have never purchased it if it was a final sale . . I will never buy anything from this website again. Seems very shady !

Ordered a jumpsuit for my wife
Ordered a jumpsuit for my wife, the package arrived opened and empty. I contacted them and was told that they would look into it. I waited a couple of days and when I did not hear back from them I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Boho then emailed me and told me that if I canceled the dispute and sent them proof of the cancelation that they would process the refund. Well I canceled the dispute sent them screenshot, guess what nothing!!! Contacted my credit card company and asked to reopen dispute and was told once it is canceled it cannot be reopened. He told me that companies know this and that is why they ask you to cancel the dispute before refunding your money.
4/11/25 - Submitted proof of canceling dispute a second time and still no refund or response. Would advise to never buy anything from this company!!!!!

Don't be misguided, there are no returns allowed!…
I ordered a few items from Boho and quickly sought to return a couple of them. I filled out the return request and received an email saying my return request was being reviewed and I would receive an email on their decision. I waited and waited, called and left a message (they NEVER answer their customer service line) Still nothing. Then I get an email that says the return time period had closed. Again I tried to call and wrote to customer service multiple times with no response. The items are going to the Goodwill. I am so furious with BOHO, do not do business with this awful company unless you plan to keep all the cheaply made junk they sell!!!
