Sadly, I did not see these reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their clothes are poorly constructed and I wouldn’t wear them anywhere. When you try to return them, all you’ll get is a store credit so the best you can do is buy more of their crappy poorly made clothes. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reputable company. NOTE: I just heard back from this crappy company and all they said is our return policy is clearly stated. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN DECADES (and that is saying alot).

The item I ordered was way too long and according to its description, it’s the same length for s m L or xl. I’m 5’8” and if this dress is hanging 3 inches onto the floor what would it do to someone who ordered a small? Aside from the fact that the lace felt like steel wool of course I have to return it. Of course I have to pay for shipping. And of course, I only get store credit even though I had the dress less than one hour. You state your policy very clearly. Unlike the description of your products. Or your integrity to back up your customers when it is a manufactures problem. You don’t know what you’re sending out. You are a middleman who is established in the US.

As with all of the others, clothing is not as described, way more expensive than it should be for the quality, and they only gift store credit for refunds, which is worthless if all of their products are low quality.

I have to agree with the majority of reviews I read AFTER I received my order. Items do not look like what was pictured, clothing quality is mediocre at best and therefore overpriced, shipping takes forever because it’s shipped from overseas and there is no refund, only a store credit. Why would I pay to return junk in exchange for more junk? I, regretfully, spent $90 at Boho Beach Hut. I recommend you don’t do the same.

Avoid at All Costs – A $200 Lesson Learned. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews. The items from Boho Beach Hut look cute online, but in person? Total disappointment. The fabric is cheap, the fit is awkward, and the sleeves on long-sleeved items are laughably short. Everything is horribly made.

Their return policy is just the cherry on top—you only get store credit, which means you’re forced to exchange one terrible product for another. And good luck with shipping—it takes forever since everything comes from overseas.

I honestly don’t know how they have so many decent reviews. My guess? Heavily filtered or paid. I wasted $200, and all I got was a pile of junk and a lot of regret. Do yourself a favor—RUN.

This straw hat has saved me during long beach days. The band detail makes it look more expensive than it is. Still looks great even after being stuffed in my suitcase multiple times.

Living in this top for everything from work to weekend errands. It goes with literally everything in my closet. Looks way more expensive than it actually was.

These pants somehow work for both casual and slightly dressier occasions. The fabric feels much nicer than expected for the price point.

These boots keep my feet warm without being too bulky. The zipper makes them easy to get on and off. Really impressed with the quality for the price.

This tank top has survived weekly gym sessions and still keeps its shape. The straps haven’t stretched out at all.

Horrible experience! DO NOT order! The sizes do not match! I ordered an XL bikini and it is more like a M or maybe even a S. Any place else I order from, the XL fits me, leaving just a bit of room, which I like. Not here. I cant even get the bottoms past my knees or the top past my shoulders. Then, they tell me I cannot return it for hygiene reasons. I can't even get it anywhere near on! Lol. What a joke! $50 down the drain! Never again!

Finally, a swimsuit that makes me feel good about my mom bod. The color is exactly like the photos show.

Running late for a party and needed something fast, so I ordered this dress with express shipping. Arrived just in time and looked perfect for the event.

Terrible! Their return policy is hideous! Also it took 5 weeks to receive the items. Not only do you pay to ship a return ($14), but they charge a $15 restocking fee. Total if I was to return it.. $29. The dress was around $54. I’m keeping the “moisture-wicking material” dress and making a pillow out of it.

Took forever to get a pair of jeans I ordered and a necklace. Very cheap quality and for both I pair a little under 100$ almost a month before I received them they were just very underwhelming and didn’t even bother with putting a tag in them so overall I was not impressed and would never buy from them again. The necklace wasn’t even taken out of the package because I can just tell it’s bubble gum machine quality. Don’t bother with this company just dont

I’m never ordering from this company again. I feel like I got completely scammed. I ordered a dress, it took forever to be delivered, just for it to be returned back to the sender because my address was not fully correct. I could’ve sworn I put in the right address but somehow wasn’t, they even got one of my old emails that I never typed in when I was filling out my information, not sure how that happened. I contacted them about the situation and they were not much help at all. I didn’t even get a refund either even though I never received the dress in the first place. I just feel this was an unfair process and a waste of time and money.

My order never came and they continue to say they cant find it from “postal service”. This is a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Asked for a refund said no . The clothes smelled and fabric cheap. I'll be contacting my credit card and the better business bureau. Do not order

Be careful! This company will provide a store credit, not a refund, for returns. Why did I want to return the item I purchase? Cheap cheap CHEAP material!!! Overpriced, shoddy, looks like a bargain basement reject. So disappointing!

Do not buy from this cheap, scam company. Shein quality at best for designer prices. You WILL NOT get what you thought you were ordering. And they don't take returns except for credit so you just end up stuck with another "Shein" item. No tags, you don't even know what side of the top is the front or back, doesn't matter since it looks terrible both ways.
