Ordered a pair of boots on 12/14. 12/22 still limited tracking information...just "start site transport shipment". Led to believe boots were shipping from Illinois, but likely coming from China.
UPDATE: the boots arrived on 12/30 and the heels are rubber. one heel would collapse by just squeezing it, or standing on it as if there was no interior structure. Total trash. Waiting a week for refund...

Update 1/12/26: They refuse to refund unless i cancel my dispute. This is a huge red flag. Do not ever cancel a dispute like this they will not refund you and you won't be able to open your dispute back up. Slimiest company I've ever dealt with. There have been issues every step of the way except for the part where they take your money for their trash product. They get an F-.

Update 1/9/26: They received my return and are asking that I now cancel my dispute with my cc company before refunding. Another illegitimate business tactic. Don't fall for that. A legitimate business would just refund the money. Once you end a dispute it's nearly impossible to re-open. They know this and this is more proof of how shady this company, and their parent company Gatehouse Asset Management LLC are. You can report both to the FTC and state AG if they give you issues returning as their products are clearly sold through false and misleading advertising.

I ordered five shirts and a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my wife. What I received did not match the website images in quality, color, pattern, or overall appearance. The materials were extremely low quality, sizing was off, and the items did not resemble what was shown online.

The product photos on the website appear to be heavily edited or stock images. After receiving my order, I used reverse image search tools and found the same images being used on other websites selling unbranded clothing at significantly lower prices, in some cases by a very large margin. This strongly suggests the product presentation does not accurately reflect what customers actually receive.

The items were shipped directly from overseas, which was not clearly disclosed during the ordering process and did not align with the boutique-quality impression presented on the site.

When I contacted customer support, I was told I could return the items only at my own expense. The return system initially allowed only store credit. I was later told by email that my account was noted for a refund to the original payment method, but return shipping still would not be covered. The overall process felt structured in a way that makes returning unsuitable products unnecessarily difficult.

Based on my experience, this appears to be part of a broader pattern rather than an isolated issue. The complaints described in other reviews on this platform closely mirror what I encountered: products materially different from what is advertised, heavy reliance on stylized images, overseas fulfillment that is not clearly disclosed, and return policies that place the burden entirely on the customer.

Regardless of intent, the outcome for consumers is the same: customers pay for products based on representations that do not match reality and then face significant friction when attempting to obtain refunds. These are the types of practices commonly examined by consumer-protection agencies.

Because of the substantial discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered, I documented my experience and chose to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and my State Attorney General against Bohobeachhut's parent company Gatehouse Asset Management LLC out of Nevada (all info can be found on NV secretary of state business site), in addition to pursuing a dispute with my credit card issuer.

This was especially disappointing since the purchase was intended as a Christmas gift. Based on my experience and the consistent pattern reflected in hundreds of other reviews, I would not purchase from this company again.

Absolutely terrible. None of the items I ordered matched the items in the pictures and the quality was terrible. I wish I had found this website before I lost $150.

WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. One, the item I ordered took almost an entire month to get here. I never got any confirmation of my order via email, text at all. I called & the website says 24/7 help but no one answers & no one calls back. They responded with email & told me too late to cancel. Second, the item looks NOTHING like the photo/it was falsely advertised AND they sent me the wrong size. I was never send any email confirmation of my order. AND, they only do store credit/exchange, after sending you a falsely adverstised item. Then, I email them to get an order number, so I can initiate a return, from he link they sent and the order number I input does not work. I email them again and no response.
This is probably an off shore company ripping people off. I don't want this to happen to someone else.

I'm actually shocked at the items I received today. The fabric is so bad and not even close to images on their site. I'm so pissed at myself for not CONTINUING to read the entire return policy. I read until it said I have 45 days to return from date of order. I would NEVER purchase clothing online if this were the case. Does anyone purchase clothing online without the ability to return it for their money back? I can see Temu or cheap clothing but I'm out $300. Companies like this are very deceiving and I just wish I would have stumbled on these reviews first, or Reddit or even Facebook. ALL BAD REVIEWS. Just beware.

I placed an order online in September, 2025.
The dress I ordered was ill-fitting due to poor designing.
I've made several attempts both by Email and by Phone calling, leaving messages with my return contact information requesting a return label/form.
The company has not yet responded.
Also, I have followed the company's online procedure for returns and continuously received an "order does not exist" reply.
This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping, and now i have this $80 value dress that I can never wear!p
So disappointing.

Junk clothing that you are stuck with because no returns only exchanges. Quite the scam this company has going on. Don't waste your money!

Absolute trash. Run from this company/website. No refunds only exchanges. Why would I want anymore of this garbage. I’m stuck with $300 of paper like fabrics, clothing that does not match the images on the website, and an entirely incorrect sweater (not the one I ordered). Total SCAM. Run, run, run!

The items that were described as a mix of cotton and polyester were 100% polyester and quite unattractive.

I purchased this gorgeous Greek-style dress in March 2025. It is a stunning dress. The left side of the dress was a bit big since my bust is not as large. I had to take it to my seamstress. She fixed it and it's perfect. The slit is sexy, as is the off-the-shoulder style. It can also be paired with a wide leather belt or a thin, delicate chain belt.
This is a one-size, therefore the bust area was a little big for me. I had to take it in to have a flattering bustline for me. The dress is gorgeous. The fabric is soft, supple cotton in a rich orange color. This dress is perfect for any occasion with sandals, strappy sandals, espadrilles, or strappy heels.

Ordered what I thought would be a cute shirt from an American family owned company. Received the shirt (from China) and didn’t even take it all the way out of the package. The worst piece of clothing I have ever seen. Returned for store credit (for more terrible items). Got a pair of “designer” sunglasses just to be done with this store. I’ve gotten better glasses from SHEIN for $3!! This is all SHEIN rejects marked up 1000’s of percents!

Nothing like the pictures, the dress i got vs the dress in the pictures had nothing in common except the colour. Possibly the ugliest dress i’ve ever seen

Those five star reviews have got to be fiction. I am sure that Boho follows the reviews on Trustpilot and tries to compensate by submitting false 5 star reviews. Their clothing is shameful. Terrible quality. If you don’t like what you bought, Tough. They have a no refund policy for returns so even if you are able to submit a return successfully, you are forced to buy more of their incredibly poor quality merchandise. I, myself, will just donate these clothes to goodwill and NEVER ever shop at Boho Beach Hut again. (Note: I had 2 separate orders. Posted about one earlier and was even more disappointed by the second order because the item looks and feels cheap, but its price was not.)

Absolute garbage quality materials. Overalls can’t be adjusted due to broken buckle, so can’t wear them - $80 supposedly reduced from $150?! Skirt has missing stitching. DO NOT BUY.

Impressed how fast my order got to Belgium. Tracking updated regularly, and everything arrived safely packed.

I bought 5 items for $235 total after applying $60 worth of promo codes. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I should of bought one item prior to check on quality. Although the items are very stylish, the stitching is extremely poor and will definitely fall apart when a thread comes loose. I will not buy anything else from this brand. Plus, since delivery was slow, they didn’t arrive on time for my trip to Hawaii. They are sent from China without a receipt or return/exchange instructions. Now I am stuck with the items it seems according to other reviews. The cut of one blouse is not flexible enough to the body, so needed help to take it off.

I am warning each and every one of you visiting this site, IT IS A SCAM. I lost good money. They have a well curated web site, which has nothing to do with the truth. They are unresponsive, despite my emails, calls, letters, and reviews.PLEASE investigate!
A shameless exploitation of customers!

It took a month to get my things. This is the worst made quality shirts. I ordered a bathing suit and that was a joke I couldn’t barely get it over my head and it was a medium and I am a small. I looked at the top and you can see through triangles where your nipples are suppose to go. Lola cheap and doesn’t fit to size.
I sent 2 emails wanting to send this back and they wrote back no refunds!!! I spent over $150 on garbage and horrible responses. What kind of online company doesn’t take clothes back. How do you know if they fit??
I would hope I get a response from this review!!! Shame on how I was treated!

Terrible quality! Overpriced! Did not receive w/in 10days! Arrived broken! Cheap materials! No invoice, receipt, or instructions for return & refund. Stuck w/ these cheap, broken shoes that cost $60 & aren’t worth $5. Ordered 6/30 & arrived 7/12.
