They will let you deposit unlimited money but when you want to withdraw money they will not allow it. They ask for documents and even if you provide those they will say something is wrong.

Watch out: Deposit problems
Made a deposit of EUR 50 with Ideal with use of the 200% deposit bonus. Delivered all the documents for KYC process. After 20 hours still waiting for the deposit and bonus in my account. Transaction is still on status 'processing'. Customer support says have patience, well I have never experienced such a delay by any online shop or whatever while using Ideal. Site looks like a scam to me due to this experience.

Update July 30, 2025:
Finally my deposit arrived on Monday around 1 pm. Now waiting for the first deposit bonus.
They gave me the lower Monday deposit bonus while I could never select this option during my deposit on Saturday. So waiting for the reply of customer service about the 300 spins and 200% as first deposit bonus.
