Pity I can add a negative star horrible place . First of all the verifications they ask for 3 more pieces than legally supposed to . Then try withdraw and yes more verifications (been trying over a week now) . Once you have been through he'll them the withdrawal just sits waiting to be processed. 3 days now. The odds are terrible on anything other than the lowest stakes. If you can break even you can't get the funds out anyway. The wothdrawl methods are limited to 2 (they will not withdral to the method you deposited with) so get ready to sign up and verify another wallet (which charge btw so you will not get the right amount, even if they actually do process it ) .

Avoid the odds are terrible and the withdrawal even worse .

Edit. I have recieved my funds and change my.rating accordingly.

They want confirmation of the deposits I made with my bank card and bank transfer yet they do not pay directly back to your bank account it's only mifinity payop or crypto. Which if I had known I would not of deposited. Absolutely not going to get my winnings back. Well after about back and forth and about 10 emails they finally explained that it was 1 month bank statement after sending a statement already. Then they sent an email saying my account was verified,I tried to withdrawal again only for it to be cancelled again because they now needed a screenshot of mifinity account which I had to set up because they do pay out back to your bank. Still no sign of my withdrawal ill update if I get it.
Update number 3,still no sign of original £300 withdrawal but lucky enough to win again 2 days later but when trying to withdraw £400 I received an email saying cancellation of withdrawal because I have a £500 aday withdrawal limit ...though I'm making withdrawals 2 days apart ????? Absolute madness. Really poor way to run a casino. The reply is a farce I've reached many times with no explanation of why my daily withdrawal limit was not upheld by the limits you gave me ....I've been using for an explanation to why I made different withdrawals on different days under my, £500 limit but nobody can answer that???
I've looked through you rules and regulations and can't find the answer,so please highlight it and email me where it says a daily limit but not really !!! 😡
Finally got my withdrawal after 3 days,not super fast payment but not the slowest.

What a struggle.. I honeslty never been through so much with a casino to recieve my winnings. Constantly on the live chat. Getting out of North Korea is easier than closing an account with BM.Bet. I have currently 8 emails in my collection each doing their best to string out the process, talk me out of leaving the site and generally ignoring the fact that each time I ask that the account be closed. Do yourself a favour and just don't be a fool and join - the usual hassles , welcome bonus not applied, deposit, win some money and then you get on the requested ID never ending revolving door which ends in your ID not being acceptable, which isn't uncommon for many casinos, but trying to close your account for over an hour is pretty rare.

Live chat agents aren't human for a start. Caught out via being angry to April. She closed the chat. I started a new one and she had no recollection of the conversation 1 minute prior. (Screen recorded)

Made a deposit. They accepted immediately.

Won over £600, obviously they didn't let me withdraw.

From an absolutely ridiculous id verification that took 6 days! To restricting withdrawal methods to only "BUISNESS accounts that they choose" eg. Pay in via Monzo, impossible to withdraw via Monzo.

Robots tell you to create a new bank that your not eligible for, just to receive your deposit back.

Chat agents copy and paste messages.

Different name absolutely everytime, yet the same AI pictures.

Avoid with absolutely all caution.

I've had to go direct to my bank to report a scam and reclaim my money.

Right before Christmas eh? Imagine winning £600 just a few days before. Only for it to be a scam and you've been stolen from instead.

Avoid with all caution! Don't make the same mistake as I did.

I received an email saying payment successful, little do I know, there was no payment. I speak to find out where it is after asking for a transaction hash... And what do you know.... It's been a mistake.... Absolute joke of a company.

Following this. I asked for my account to be closed after the payment that is never coming. Imagine how fast they was to act on that. Instant offers of account closure.

I gave you more than fair time, my questions asked were more than fair. Your love support absolutely sucks. The messages are generic and really quite infuriating. And the whole week of trying to get my winnings was a nightmare.

Maybe you should think about helping people through the verification process, and have them fully set up before allowing people to deposit and play games. Your operation may then run a hell of a lot smoother, and you wont get half as many negative reviews and angry comments.
