Its a scam!!

3 months ago I was winning nicely via the BM site. Finally did €1500 on withdraw within 5 minutes I could no longer access my account.

Did an email on 9-8 explaining and asking why I was suddenly blocked. Now 2 months on ii still have no good response except the standard maik replies and I can whistle for my €1500

Don't fall for BM they are a scam and won't pay you out if they have to they will block you!

Easy deposit, impossible withdraw. Scam maybe? I will update.

Money deposit is crazy fast, withdrawal is impossible. After submitting a crazy amount of data it has now been a few days and no money being transferred to my bank account. In the chat it’s a lot of talk about some financial department and patience. Chat employee saying that they will contact them and see what they can do but what they can do is nothing. This 1 star review will stay online until they pay and after that I will update, IF they pay…..

Update:
What a coincidence; an hour after posting this review I received an email from trustpilot saying bm bet requested additional information, which I’ve submitted right away.
An hour later I received an email stating that my withdrawal had been approved and that I just needed to fill in some bankingdetails (which I’ve already provided) and that would be it.
After submitting the bank details again I received a notification saying that the ‘payment’ was approved and that it could take up to (an additional?!?!) 5 banking days.
Will keep you guys posted on this issue, I’m still far from confident I will receive my money.

Update 2, almost 36hours later;
I was wondering if the withdrawal status would be updated so I checked it: it was back to ‘open’, as if nothing was done.
I contacted live chat and they said I filled in something wrong but most of it, especially the part that had to be filled in different, was automatically filled in by them. So I just changed it and now the wait is on again.

PEOPLE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO PLAY HERE!!!!!

Finally got it, so it’s not a scam. Still wouldn’t recommend playing here. It took me a lot of effort, filling in the same data a few times, providing a lot of information (triple the amount of other websites) and a week for a withdrawal..

BM.Bet looks like Scam!? 3/11 Withdrawals done.

Unfortunately, I have to join the other complaints. I requested a withdrawal on August 5th, 2024, and after multiple confirmations that the withdrawal was being processed, it was suddenly canceled today without any notification or further information. After inquiring, I was told that the reason was, "Due to previous maintenance work, your withdrawal might have been mistakenly canceled and returned to your balance." In my 7 years of playing at casinos, I have never experienced anything like this—never. As long as I haven't received my money, my negative review will remain. Once the funds have reached my account, I will gladly adjust and improve my review. But as of now, I am 100% convinced that this is a massive scam. No one should play here until all complaints have been resolved.
