Sent wrong pair but got replacement pair and other pair …
I order some glasses and found out I had been sent the wrong pair but when I emailed Blu light they sent me the right glasses along with allowing me to keep the other pair free of charge. Very happy 😊

For something that is £20 i was surprised to find that when i clean the glasses, one of the lenses do not struggle to pop out of the frame.

My little boys glasses are fine but…
**UPDATE**
Since Blu Light reached out they have replaced the glasses and they are working perfectly! Thank you so much for the quick response and fixing the issue quickly and without issue!
My little boys glasses are fine but mine arrived with a misaligned leg which has now fallen off.

Excellent blu blockers and they look so good. I bought 3 pairs, one for me, my partner and my teenage daughter and we all love them, especially my daughter. We'd definitely buy again.

This is my second pair so I can keep one by the bedside to use with my Kindle. Apart from the designs being really funky, they make a huge improvement to my sleep

Easy 5 stars
Purchased a pair several months ago and have they have been a life saver! Used to get bad headaches and migraines but since I've been wearing these I haven't had a single one. I don't know how it works, but it works!

Misleading returns policy
Misleading returns policy. Not transparent and doesn’t show integrity as a company, IMO.
Wont be purchasing again as I don’t agree with this.
Products however are beautiful and really good quality.

We do ask that customers pay for their own returns as we try to keep our costs down and this policy is in line with our competitors. fast delivery and product does work but the arms are bent towards the head at the end, so it digs into the side of my head giving me a headache. Kind of makes the glasses redundant.
