I’ve got to be honest. This is the best customer service I’ve had. After already purchasing a pair and having some issue with them the customer service team reached out instantly and offered a refund or a second pair. When a company goes to lengths to make things right you know you can trust them.

My package went missing, and not one person has bothered to respond to me from Blu Light. I have been trying endlessly via calling them (no one picks up) and emailing them (no one responds), even though, on their website, they state that they reply within an hour. It's laughable and I am so infuriated with this customer service or lack of. I still do not have my glasses which I ordered weeks ago, it doesn't seem as though I'll be receiving a refund, and I am yet to be contacted by anyone.

The customer service was honestly amazing. I initially placed an order for a different pair of glasses and then decided I wanted to change them, and the team was very quick and responsive throughout the whole process. I really cannot fault them at all.
However, when it comes to the glasses themselves, I personally do not feel they were worth the price. The quality is not the best for what you are paying. I have had better quality glasses for a fraction of the cost from places like Amazon. These feel quite thin and delicate and like they would be very easy to break.
I would not normally mind the case they came in, but at this price point I would expect something more protective, especially since the glasses do not feel very durable. Because they are quite delicate, I feel like I have to be extra careful with them. Overall, while the customer service was excellent, I am not sure I would repurchase at this price point.

Everything about blu light glasses is beautiful the packaging and style
The glasses are made of plastic, and if you want to return them, it’s you who’s got to pay!
I spent £5 pounds only to return them because of a poor quality.
By poor quality of the plastic, I mean, personally I can’t see clearly through them.

The glasses arrived scratched and damaged so I followed the return form and they were sent off and I was able to get a refund within 5 days. Support was really helpful as I hadn’t heard anything since the return had been delivered so I emailed them and they responded within 24 hours. Shame they were damaged on arrival, didn’t buy another pair as they were £20 and I had to pay for return shipping!
*Update*
Since this review, I have been contacted by BluLightGlasses and have received another pair of glasses which are not damaged and are good, support was very nice and helpful in organising a replacement pair. Thanks.

I bought the Ryder blue light glasses and they do the job. They do feel rather flimsy as the plastic is light, but I guess that a good thing as they don’t feel heavy on your ears or your face. I have a small head so they do run rather big but then you can buy things to help the glasses fit your face better. They came within the shipping time.

Paid £25 for tortoise design glasses. Unpacked them, felt the cheap plastic and packed them back up for return.
I’d be ok paying £10 for them but £25 is crazy. Really disappointed. Try another website.

I have bought two pairs of glasses from this company and have been happy with both pairs, however a couple weeks after receiving the first pair the arm had broken. I was gutted but got put in touch with Lewis and Kathy from Blu and they were great at getting a replacement pair sent asap. Very happy with service
