great experience

I’m consistently impressed by their excellent service and quality products. Whenever I had an issue, their support team has been quick to resolve it. I also like the user interface on the website as it’s easy to navigate and makes a smooth purchase process. I’ve had nothing but a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and good looking bike. I’ve actually referred a few friends already and they’re happy campers.

No customer service- updated

Submitted a ticket online as they instruct, because my 16 month old bike won’t power on. I received an email that someone would get back with in 24hrs. It’s been four days. Called to try and talk to someone during service hours, the phone recording said there were too many callers and I would need to call back later. I got that same message three other times that day. Went on the chat with support and they said someone would get back to me that day. No one did. Called and finally got through, he said he will have a technician call me back. Asked to speak with a manager- he had already left for the day… it’s going to be a nightmare to fix this bike.

Update: the manager called me back, sent me a trouble shooting email and also sent me three possible replacement parts that might be the problem. The parts arrived two days later, I tried two of them and the second one fixed the problem!! My bike works again. The manager, David, also sent a follow up email to make sure that the parts had done the trick. I was very impressed with this employee. I just wish to hadn’t taken a week to get through to someone who could help.

I can't express how happy I am with my…

I can't express how happy I am with my new Blix bike. The service I received was top-notch from start to finish. From the initial visit to the store and the after-sales support, everything was seamless. When I went to a shop I talked to a friendly staff member who took the time to understand my needs. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive bike but instead they recommend the one that best fit my requirements.

After buying a Blix, I had a few questions about the bike's maintenance, and the support from Blix was outstanding. Quick responses and clear instructions made everything easy for me. The quality of the bike itself is really good, you can tell that it's made well and it rides like a dream. I've been enjoying it every single day since I bought it and I feel like I made the perfect choice.

I highly recommend Blix to anyone in the market for a new bike. Their attention to customer satisfaction and commitment to providing excellent products makes them stand out from most other companies I dealt with in the past. Thanks Blix for a delightful experience!

Blix bikes are horrible

Blix bikes are horrible. No customer support. Bought March 2023. Replaced controller and throttle. Still doesn’t work. Support recommended taking it to local bike shop. They will not work on it. Electrical problems. Buy local!

2nd bike I received after the first one…

2nd bike I received after the first one had a poorly welded frame. Immediately after Unboxing the 2nd bike the shift and gear system lags. shift lever fell off, and stays in the highest gear, along with the app that fails to work even with proper signal. CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL TELL YOU THAT A DEFECTIVE BIKE got damaged in transit and for a local repair shop to fix it for me out of my own pocket. Emails will go unanswered unless it benefits them. Im very deeply outraged by their lack of Customer service, Quality control, and quality in general.

Save Your Sanity and Avoid this Company

Save yourself a headache and do not buy an E bike from this company. The company engages in dishonest behavior and ships damaged bikes saddling their customers with making repairs refusing to return the bikes.

I did months of research and settled on Blix as a result of its appearance and price point. Four weeks ago I purchased two bikes in the same order. One of the bikes arrived in impeccable condition and it is exactly as described on their website. I am thrilled with the bike. It was packaged great with lots of padding and 50+ zip ties wrapped around components.

The second bike arrived damaged and broken. The box had holes in it exposing the bike parts. Upon opening the box it was immediately clear the bike was not in new condition.
1. There was no wrapping or protective packaging. There was ONE square padding insert and ONE long foam pieces crumpled at the bottom of the box.
2. There were multiple cut zip ties laying at the bottom of the box, clearly indicating someone had already unpackaged the bike.
3. Broken and damaged derailleur.
4. Missing tire guards
5. Breaks stutter and require extreme hard squeeze to work and function entirely different from other bike purchased.

Despite all of the above and providing photos and exchanging numerous emails with Blix requesting a replacement bike, they offered me nothing more than a $100 credit and a replacement derailleur that I have to coordinate fixing on my own.

I paid for TWO brand new bikes and received one new bike and one used, damaged bike. Blix insists they do not resale returned bikes, but then tell me why I received two totally different bikes, one which was unpackaged and damaged? The company totally refuses to acknowledge or admit they may have mistakenly shipped me a used bike and refuses to exchange the bike for a new one. As soon as I opened the box and realized the damage I contacted the company and yet I’ve had to call and re call and send numerous emails with the company doing NOTHING. I would have been better off buying a used E bike on Craigslist.

The new bike I received is great, but trust me, don’t buy a bike from this company, you could mistakenly receive a damaged used bike like I did and you will be out thousands of dollars and they won’t help you by honoring your purchase of a new bike with a new bike. It’s an egregious example of a consumer protection violation.

Again, the company insists they don’t ship returned bikes, but how do they explain the lack of protective packaging and cut zip ties in my shipment. Mistakes can happen and that’s life, but this company refuses to address the problem and honor customers purchases of new bikes.

My controller died after 16 months

My controller died after 16 months. Apparently they’ve swapped out the computer on newer models and no longer have the old part in stock. It’s “back ordered”. This company just has the worst service. It’s unacceptable to only get a year and a half of (minimal) use out of a $2k bike. But, of course, it’s out of warranty. Wish I had done more research and gone with a different manufacturer for our family bike.

Terrible

Wow. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my bike!! I'm not the only one with such a bad experience.
Blix wins third place in the worst customer service experience of my 57 years. I bought a Vika last year, which took way longer to arrive than originally stated, but let’s grant some grace at that time with the whole “supply chain” issue. My controller failed by last fall, causing an Error 30 code and the power to die. By this spring, as it turned into bike weather I took it to a local shop who assessed it and ordered the new controller. 6 weeks later the part arrived and it was the wrong one. When I called to let them know I was told the correct one was in stock and would be mailed in a week. I asked since it was their mistake if it could be priority mailed. Nope. That customer service guy was so unempathetic, to the point of being rude. I wrote an email explaining my frustration at having no bike for a month and a half and could they please send the controller asap, perhaps pay $50 for the shop’s fee for their time on the phone with them and assessing the problem. NO response. I called 5 days later, spoke to a very kind Dylan, who said he’d do what he could. Nothing. Today, followed up, kind Dylan said he’d do what he can. I called sales to see if they could do anything, again a kind woman looked into it, and assured me it will be sent today or tomorrow. This is the thing. If I were any one of the 4 people I interfaced with on this and learned someone had waited 6 weeks for a part and my company made a mistake and she was going to have to wait 2 MORE weeks, I would get the part from the warehouse and send it priority mail THAT DAY. SO frustrating. Two months of the 4 months that are good for bike riding will be over by the time I get this part. I hope it is the correct part. Aside from that I mostly like the bike. The suspension is jarring. I would steer very clear of this company.

My bike stopped working in less than 8…

My bike stopped working in less than 8 months. Customer service is almost non-existent, and I have been going back and forth through slow email correspondence and them shipping me the same parts over and over again to try for THREE MONTHS. I feel completely scammed. I took it to one of my local bike shops and he said it's just cheap bikes from China with a new label and an upcharge, and there's no diagnostic tool for them here he can use to find the problem. So much money I wasted! :'(

Best purchase I made

I did a lot of research before deciding what company to buy from and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The bike itself rides perfect and the service I got from blix so far has been nothing but outstanding, I wish more companies were as genuine and helpful when asking for advice and needing help. Besides fedex delivering on the wrong date that it was supposed to, the experience was smooth from start to end and way better than going to my local shop in my opinion. The gentleman I spoke to before buying helped me find just the bike that I needed and helped me understand all the specs and what I should think about (I ride several days a week and was looking for a bike that had long battery range and could carry both a 3-year old and had plenty of space for other things). I called a few times for assistance on assembling the bike after I received it and everyone I spoke to were really kind and helpful and patient with all the multiple questions i had. The bike works perfectly and they clearly designed this bike with a lot of thought and I’m super glad I decided to go with a blix at the end of the day.

Blix Packa Genie has been awesome!

I bought a Blix Packa Genie last year and have had a great experience all around. The bike was shipped on time but arrived with a damaged dderailleur hanger (through no fault of Blix). They were able to ship me a new one asap and helped me get it replaced quickly. The bike was easy to assemble and had it running in about an hour. I have two girls (8 and 5) and carry both of them to school and back on it every day (26 miles round trip including to my work). We all love it for what it has provided our family and didn't set us back nearly as much as most of their competitors.

Good Experience with Blix

Yes, it was a while to receive the boke (Ultra fat tire, 2 battery), but Blix was upfront about the delay. The bike arrived in good condition, the setup was a breeze, and I had NO problems trying to reach support. Bike runs great, looking at a long term keeper.

Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company.
They have the worst customer service.
Products are not shipped when promised.
You have to pay for returns if you get a defective piece.
The light on my bike was broken and customer service said that i must have broken it!!!!! Seriously!!!
Ordered a part and paid for it in October. Was supposed to get the part in a week. It is December 21 and there is no communication from the company.

Terrible Customer service

Terrible Customer service. DO NOT BUY from Blix. Go to Rad Bikes, Go to a Chinese company, go anywhere but Blix. They have been zero help, have terrible attitudes and are almost rude when talking to you. I would never buy a bike from Blix again.

Look Elsewhere for your Ebike

I ordered a bike and several accessories for my wife for Christmas. The website advertised that they would all ship within 2-3 days. Now they are saying that the order wont ship complete till after Christmas. The most disappointing was how rudely their customer service employee (A.J.) was when I contacted Blix about the shipment. What a disappointment that they can't deliver what they advertised.

Cool bikes, bad support

I was contacting Blix pre-purchase because I had some technical questions about a new model. Their customer service took 9 days to respond and when they did, they had no answer to my simple question. They said someone with knowledge would reach out to me, no one ever has.
They design some cool bikes, but do not do the work of supporting their products, it's a real shame.

First bike had a whole host of problems…

First bike had a whole host of problems (broken stand, second battery not connecting, very loud sound when braking), so I sent it back. Second bike has even more problems. They still haven't paid me back for the 1st bike so I am now very concerned about getting my money back. Stay away, the bikes are obviously very very cheaply made and not worth it, so much hassle.

Note that their customer service is horrible. Impossible to get people on the phone and when you do they flat out lie to you about when things will be shipped. They like to present themself as customer friendly, but are horrible. I'd rather call a cable company

Purchased 2 Aveny Skyline’s in March…

Purchased 2 Aveny Skyline’s in March and very satisfied with bike and customer service. The bikes were ordered late December and arrived in Feb/March. This was disappointing but Blix communication of delay was responsive.
Easy assembly, spoke several times to Human support, support rep even returned calls. Battery does an easy 45 miles with active PAS. Bike is smooth without PAS, I can easily do 15mph. Lots of nice features, seat and handle bar adjustment, great headlight, location of PAS and throttle. The basket is not that useful.

My display recently showed signs of moisture and was quickly replaced by support under warranty.

I have read the negative reviews and my experience is TOTALLY the opposite!

My wife and I really enjoy the bikes and have logged almost 750 miles in 5 months.
