My first Burn was in 2024, and I rented an e-bike from Jager Playa. The experience was so good that I came back and rented from them again in 2025.

In 2025, the Playa conditions were especially challenging, with rain at the beginning of the event followed by hard, rough ground once everything dried out. The bike performed exceptionally well, remaining comfortable, reliable, and easy to ride throughout the week.

The bikes are not only dependable but also stylish and fun to ride. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process simple and fun.

After two great experiences with jager bikes, I know this is my to go rent place without a doubt this year as well and any future Burns .

I rented an ebike from jager last year and the experience was flawless. The bikes are perfect for effortless riding and the battery life is outstanding, easily covering long distances without needing a recharge. The best part is the rental model: you just pick it up and return it. No storage hassle, no cleaning, and absolutely no complications. Highly recommended.

Can’t find a better turnkey experience for renting an e-bike for the burn. Rented with them for the first time in 23, had a little issue with the peddle, easily connected with them on What’sApp and they told me where they were in BRC, found them and got my issue resolved. Rented with them again in 24 and will be renting from them in 25. Great guys, great product, great services.

Last year 2025 at the Burn, my bikes didn’t arrive and I was honestly panicking. I needed an electric bike because I was still dealing with a hip issue, and getting around without one wasn’t really an option. The day before leaving for Playa I started searching online and found JagerBikes.

They responded incredibly fast, understood my situation right away, and literally saved the trip. They delivered the bikes directly to the Burning Express stop, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Not only were they professional and kind, but the bikes were amazing—powerful, reliable, and tough enough to handle all the crazy terrain out there. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy the experience and move around the playa without worrying about my hip.

Amazing service… my bike broke down in the desert and they gave me a replacement at the playa! Overall best service… can’t wait to see them again this year…

I found Jager Bikes website before the Burning Man and Eran was very friendly and professional! The bikes are great, very new and well maintained (as they are also manufactures), and they have all stuff in a big warehouse close to Reno (lockers, led lights..). I do recommend theirs bikes and service and I had a great experience at playa! Thanks guys!
