To begin with some random mobile number…
To begin with some random mobile number was on the order, wasn’t mine, and no email address either, so didn’t get notifications about the delivery. Attempted delivery failed coz there was no one but I didn’t get notified about it and I had to manually check the status. Pick up point had no address so went to 3 different post offices before finding the correct one.
The experience with Startrack has always been a below par experience. No issues with Bitsmart.

Above and Beyond
I initially enquired with BITSmart to do a price match on another vendor on a number of Ubiquiti items; which they happily did.
I purchased the items and they were delivered to Brisbane within 2 days, so I was very pleased with the turnaround time of the order.
I set up the network equipment and it was running ok for a week, but then the switch had an early life failure and wouldn't power up. The BITSmart team advised to return to them for a warranty claim. I posted the defective item back from Brisbane on Monday and had a new replacement item delivered today. They went above and beyond to get the new switch out to me ASAP.
I will definitely be purchasing from BITSmart again in the future.

They are very responsive, good service , honest , fast shipping, the only issue is the delivery company , they leave the delivery outside your door and go , it is expensive equipment and anyone can see them from the road and take them .
