Don't expect a pristine look

I got a quick response from Customer Service when I queried why I had gigbytes of storage already racked up on the laptop (Windows 11 takes up many gigs of storage) . I was disappojnted at the condition of the lap top ie very scratched cover, but was told this was to be expected on a refurbished laptop. Still disappointing, but it works fine. Its early days, hence my less than enthusiastic scoring

Disappointed

The laptop I received, well packed & protected, but once connected to a power supply, I was unable to get it to connect to the internet, unable to access my accounts & so it was of no use to me
