Amazing store
BITSmart (love the name) has been amazing at offering Ubiquiti products at a (almost) reasonable price. Some products end up to cost 2x more than US pricing, but far better than other stores where is 3/4x more. I love the availability and prompt shipping. Always my favourite store.

Excellent Value and Customer Service
Excellent customer service, right from the notification that stock is available for order, to the fast dispatch and express delivery.
Item arrived exactly as described and well packed and the price paid was one of the best value online.
I reached out to customer service for a tax invoice and was sent same day without any fuss.
Highly recommend BITSmart and will be purchasing from them in the future.

10/10. Great experience. Had an issue with Star Track (no fault of BITSmart). They got everything sorted so quickly to rectify. Instead of putting my parcel back in the hands of Star Track they had it same day couriered to me. thanks heaps guys!!!!
