Best place to purchase Ubiquiti in Australia
This is the 3rd purchase I’ve made from Bitsmart. On each occasion their pricing has been very competitive and the ordered goods arrived very promptly & well packaged.
On this occasion, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour product. Without any fuss, they re-sent me my colour of choice, even though they had not yet received the return from me. Great service. I will continue to order from them in the future.

A+ Grade Service
I usually don't leave many reviews/comments.
However, this experience warrants one.
I run a small business and was in need of some urgent tech supplies as the Australian Heat killed one of our old routers. From the start - going through the website (which was clean/crisp and easy to navigate) to speaking with an agent who (still don't know his name) - was VERY helpful, was able to make a quick decision to find the right equipment. The delivery was smooth and seamless and along with the competitive pricing, I am beyond grateful to the agent who assisted me, answered all my questions (IT is not my main thing) and was able to confidently recommend what we have now - which is working 110% (actually better than before).
Will be using BITSmart in the future again. Highly Recommend!

Great service and prompt deliveries. Knowing that the items ordered are delivered to FNQ within days is very refreshing. We can be confident when giving our customers a start time where as other stores can take over a week.

Unifi protect prices about 5% lower than the nearest competitor. Goods shipped and arrived promptly. Appeared in good condition with OEM packaging seals in tact.
