Very little communications about the…
Very little communications about the delivery but it was delivered quickly. The biggest issue was that the package was left at the front gate where it was accessible to all. Luckily a neighbor found it.

A dispatch email was sent to your nominated email address on 10 March at 3:46 pm. This email included your StarTrack tracking number and a link to the tracking status page. You can also view the tracking details using the link on your order details page in the account section. StarTrack delivered the parcel within 2 days.

First time user - very happy!
This was my first time ordering from BITSmart and I was super happy with the experience. Pricing was what drew me to their site, but the biggest win for me was the express delivery option. I ordered on the Wednesday and had the product the next day (Melbourne to Newcastle). This was an express order for a client that had changed their mind at the last minute so it gave me a good chance to impress the client.
