I absolutely love biscuit

I absolutely love biscuit! I have always been the sort of person who walks my dogs regularly and make sure that their breed needs are met, they have daily enrichment as well as enriching Walks, weals do some dog sports such as , scent work, tracking and even Agility however Biscuit always keeps me mindful of exactly how much exercise every day my dogs do and I get rewarded for doing it! It’s a win win for me and for them and I’m really delighted, thank you very much. We look forward to more walks and rewards in the year ahead!

This is a good little app

This is a good little app, when the GPS works. Regularly have issues with it not recording the distance correctly or at all. Good choice of rewards.

Great for rewards

Love getting rewarded for walking my dogs, something I enjoy doing anyway. If there is one criticism, it's since the last app update that the time shown walking no longer corresponds to the actual time walked. The rewards outweigh the downside.

I have 2 dogs on my biscuit app but I…

I have 2 dogs on my biscuit app but I only pay for 1. Even though this was previously free for all dogs spending the £40 a year has given me a lot more in vouchers to spend. I also get a 5 free biscuits for my free dog everyday. It all adds up quickly when you use it. I also have only encourage coupl of technical issues since I began using the app a couple of years ago. 👍

Hi I have been using this app for some time now and was happy using this,however recently if I miss 1 day of recording my walks it goes back to 0 walks for the week which is very frustrating. Can you tell me why this is?

What you’re seeing is linked to how streaks or consecutive-day tracking works. Some challenges are designed to count continuous days, so if a day is missed, the streak resets and starts again from zero.

Love this app/product

Love this app/product. Earn biscuits every day that convert into vouchers for just walking my dog.
My app was accidently deleted in error and the support team were great in getting me back up and running without loosing my biscuits.

I recommend to everyone we all want to save money and still have treats well with this app you can have it all keep track of your pets health and have a good day out thanks to the vouchers you get for walking your dog.

The accuracy of the distance walked is very poor and wrong. The app needs to be improved.
I emailed to raise my disappointment about the app no reply or acknowledgment.

Don't bother.

Don't bother.
Map doesn't accurately reflect the walk distance.
Upgrades are exactly the opposite - they make the app worse.
Reward vouchers are very hit & miss, if they don't work, you get referred back to the voucher's vendor, who then refers you back to Biscuit, who then refer you back to the voucher vendor... Pointless waste of time.
They only care about the subscribed clients, not ALL their clients. Customer service is a joke.
Avoid like the proverbial plague. I'm sure there are other apps that will do a far better job for a million times less hassle.

We’re genuinely sorry to read how frustrating this experience has been for you. An issue at the till, especially when you’re treating yourself, is the last thing anyone needs and we completely understand why that would feel embarrassing and disappointing.

That said, we do want to gently clarify a few points.

Biscuit does not issue or control the live balance of retailer gift cards. Once a reward is generated, the voucher balance and redemption process are managed by the retailer’s gift card system. In your case, the vouchers were successfully generated and delivered, and they have since been redeemed. When a retailer’s system shows a zero balance, that information can only be verified and amended by the retailer directly.

We absolutely do not “only care about subscribed clients”. All Biscuit members, whether on Basic or Premium, have access to support and we aim to respond promptly and clearly in every case. In your ticket, we requested specific details so we could investigate properly, and we also offered to escalate the matter with our Rewards Team if M&S provided written confirmation that the issue sat with Biscuit. That escalation remains part of our process when a retailer confirms a fault on our side.

We’re sorry this has felt like being passed back and forth. Our goal is always to resolve things as smoothly as possible, and we continue to review how we communicate retailer processes so it feels clearer and less frustrating.

We’re disappointed to hear that your experience has led you to feel this way, especially as Biscuit exists to make every step count and add a little more joy to life with your dog. We take feedback seriously, even when it’s tough to read, and it helps us improve.

The Biscuit App is great fun

Love the Biscuit App, I’ve been using it for over three years now and had so much fun from it. There are daily goals (easily achievable), tasks (easily achievable) and walks recorded which all make the daily walks that bit more fun. And you get reward by “biscuit” points which you can convert into rewards. So, even when the rain is battering down on me as I struggle through a howling gale, I just say that’s more “biscuits” I’ve earned and that is going to buy me my next Caffe Nero coffee

I would love to give more stars because I really enjoy doing it. BUT I am fed up with the distance not working on the app please don't say it's because of my network/phone, it happens to my husband as well (We have 4 dogs) and also it should link automatically to the quests. Just yesterday on my quests I managed to do 2 consecutive days, but not the daily challange??!

It’s a no brainer for me..

Right, I know a lot of people were upset when you had to start paying for this.. but I paid.. I now have enough points for £70 worth of vouchers to spend pretty much anywhere so I have more than got back my £30 initial outlay.. Flinders gets a walk regardless so it’s a no brainer really..
