Generally good, but wormers always arrive a couple of days late which obviously pushes back the frequency of worming particularly over the longer term.

Excellent service and a lovely extra touch
I use VetBox for my dog Luna’s monthly flea and worm treatment and it’s been brilliant. Takes all the hassle out of remembering everything as it just arrives when it should.
Delivery has always been on time, and the one time it didn’t arrive, customer service were great and sorted it quickly with no fuss.
They also include a free bag of treats in every box, which is a nice touch — Luna loves them!
Really reliable service and makes life easier. Would definitely recommend.
