I called to make a claim because my gas oven had stopped working. I called the help centre, the customer service assistant was great. He was empathetic and dealt with my claim with ease. He didn’t rattle on with unwanted messages or corporate talk. Very easy.

Although there was a little wait for my call to be answered Michael was very helpful and professional. He explained things simply and sent a form for me to complete to make my claim. All very quick and very easy to follow

We thought we had a bearing problem but the engineer came out and said the drum had ovalled. He left after doing absolutely NOTHING. We were charged the full amount for a bearing repair which never happened (mind you we got a £50 discount on the 'repair')...gee! Then we were locked into an insurance policy for £12.99 per month for a year. So that's the best part of £250 for a call out where he did NOTHING and still the machine is faulty. Not only that I am sick of getting emails, texts and phone calls from the insurers trying to upsell me. For some reason THEY failed to take a monthly payment from an account in credit by four figures and harass me for not getting it. I checked with my bank who said there is no earthly reason and have NOT recorded any such failed payment...yet that's MY fault even after checking my details are correct. At this stage I told them I was sick to the back teeth of them and to cancel my policy. They didn't. Another harassing phone call saying I had agreed to continue. I told them straight that was a downright lie and to check the recording. Now they want the £5O discount back on a repair that never took place so that's £300 now THE PRICE OF A NEW WASHING MACHINE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. IF ONLY YOU COULD AT LEAST GIVE ZERO STARS.
