Amazing as always

Affordable Easy Access
Benenden provides an affordable health care solution. I have used the GP phone consultation on a few occasions as my own surgery is usually a 6 week wait on appointments. As you have no idea on the severity of your symptoms it is reassuring to have easy access to speak to a professional. In my case Benenden wrote to my GP stressing a fast track 2-week hospital referral and I am now waiting for my results.

no phone call
I was firstly given a time which a GP would call I waited an hour before calling back, on doing so was told the GP couldnt get through to my landline which I had used several times that day, I was given another time for that day and did speak to a GP who was very kind and helpful, but waiting originaly was quite stressful

I have recently used the 24 hour GP…
I have recently used the 24 hour GP service. I had an appointment within a very short time with a UK based GP. Excellent advice and a prescription provided during the appointment. Recommended for Physio and following a separate assessment commenced the following day.

Benenden is an excellent service
Benenden is an excellent service and I highly recommend it. My own GP has a 6 week wait list for routine telephone appointments, but with the Benenden app I can book a convenient appointment and speak to a doctor straight away. I subscribe my family to Benenden and recommend it to my my friends, several of whom have been impressed with the help they’ve had with more serious complaints which had long NHS wait lists. Well worth being a member.
