Benenden are wonderful
Benenden have been wonderful with their response towards treatments for me. I have been with them for a number of years now, and the comfort of knowing that they are always on the end of the line is very reassuring.
They have organised my cataract surgery - and latest a cholecystectomy with Mr Wajed at Exeter Nuffield, who is an excellent surgeon in my opinion.
They are easy to contact - very pleasant staff, and the whole process I find very easy to follow. I would highly recommend Benenden health - and I have to many friends and family.

The GP answered my call swiftly and…
The GP answered my call swiftly and immediately put into place a plan of action to secure further investigations for my symptoms. Beccause of her referral I was able to complete the investiagations within a matter of days.

Quick response from telephone call. Very helpful professional explained process and which was followed by the paperwork. .
I was very pleased with the information and able to act on it . Got appointment with consultant and got peace of mind regarding my condition. Very grateful . Highly recommended .

Can"t believe how badly they treated me…
Can"t believe how badly they treated me ! A friend recommended them to me . I have been a member fir 4 years . The first time I use them they filibuster and pontificate. Hopeless , save your money stay clear of them

Knee pain consultation
The call handler immediately understood my concerns and need for an urgent consultation. I was given assurance that a successful outcome was entirely possible. My preferred consultant was available and the process of booking was simple and expedient.

Fantastic Service
I have always kept Beneden as a contingency, I had to use the GP service for the first time and it was fantastic. GP appointment and prescription within 2/3 hours of logging into app and making the request.

Clear and supportive care which enabled…
Clear and supportive care which enabled me to get an essential scan to diagnose a seriously debilitaing and painful injury. This was necessary as I was, after 4 months of disjointed NHS approach then facing at least 8 months further delay to have the necessary diagnostic scan. Beneden enabled this essential procedureto be done before my NHS Consultant referral.

Fast efficient and kind service
I was able to get an appointment with a consultant very quickly and my scans were taken and reviewed straight away so I left with a complete diagnosis and a good understanding of my condition and what would be the next steps.
