Poor Communication
Made an order for a bench in May and other than the order confirmation on 21/05, there was no further update.
They only allow you to pay on PayPal, therefore preventing you doing a charge back on a debit card or a Section 75 on a credit card. It is 13/06 now and there has still been no update despite 3 emails. I've called the registered number on the website, one female said she would call back with an update, the male call handler the following day said he was unable to give an update and asked me to continue to chase via email.
I've Whatsapped the mobile number on the site for an update. Just hope I get one otherwise I'll have to pursue it with PayPal.

Hi Owen, we don't only use paypal to do payment you can pay using any card you want, Paypal is the most customer friendly and secure service there is hence why we choose it at extra cost to us.
