A company all about themselves not the…
A company all about themselves not the customers. Unhelpful and not willing to help unless they have profited from you previously. I thought the lady in the Manchester branch was rude and my advice would be to deal with Silva timber or someone else you can find.

Absolutely delighted with the service…
Absolutely delighted with the service that I received from Benchmark Timber. Elaine helped me every step of the way. The service was personal, professional and efficient. We purchased featheredge Cedar to clad our new garden cabin. The wood is of a high quality and we are thrilled with it. It looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Benchmark Timber.

Superb Customer Service
What a benchmark (excuse the pun) for Customer Service! I have just phoned for a quote and felt compelled to write a review as the way Elaine handled my enquiry was superb. She took the time to explain everything to me where others have just left me confused. Thank you Elaine.

Excellent red western cedar supplied by…
Excellent red western cedar supplied by Benchmark both Elaine and Paul were extremely helpful timber is excellent quality and I think I may have over ordered with 10% wastage allowance as so far wastage has been minimal as no splits in the planks have been found.
Good mix of colours in the batch and can recommend the secret fix gives an excellent finish

We are very pleased with our cedar cladding and Thermowood decking.
Elaine in the office was very helpful.
Our Builder was very impressed how the secret fix decking went down.
The finished project looks wonderful

Ordered cedar cladding from Benchmark Timber in November. Competitive price, freshly milled and delivered within 2 weeks. Thoroughly recommend
