We are an independent and family run multi award winning estate agent with 4 offices in Chorley, Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Longton. All our branches are consistently the highest selling agents in their respective areas, in the past few months selling more than double any other agent. The Chorley branch is the highest selling in Lancashire with Leyland ranked 7th, Bamber Bridge 13th out of 470 total offices and Longton already selling the most houses in the area despite only being open for just over a year. Excellent service
After 2 previous estate agents failed to sell our property, we moved to Ben Rose who sold our property within 5 weeks. The staff were very helpful every step of the way, especially Tammy who helped us with our onward purchase. Thankyou all for your hard work. We would definitely use again if we were ever to move again.

From first meeting the sales team
From first meeting the sales team we new Ben Rose was the agents we wanted to rent our property for us. They gave us some good advise on what we should do prior to letting and they took over from there. We took the full package for them to look after it for us and all has worked very well.

Best estate agents in the area
Best estate agents in the area. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Their advice throughout has been invaluable and we really did receive a personal service not like another number like other estate agents! All the team are great! Keep up the good work and we look forward to working with you all again in the future!

Carolyn came and Valued our Bungalow
Carolyn came and Valued our Bungalow, and it was sold in 24 hours at that valuation. Ben Rose is a family run estate agents and therefore they give there all when selling your property. The Staff are really helpful and the whole process is carried out in a friendly but professional atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Two properties sold and counting - Excellent service!
We have sold 2 properties over the last few years through Ben and the team and have received a great service throughout both sales. Their helpful and pro-active approach achieved a minimal delay when negotiating and during the legalities. Would highly recommend and looking forward to the next one!
