Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that the order did not arrive before Christmas.
I can see you placed the order 19/12 and we had written on our site at the top that we could deliver orders before Christmas if they were placed before 16/12. After this date we changed the text to write that we could no longer promise the delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately you placed the order after 16/12 and therefore it was not deliverded before Christmas. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
It is correct that we ship from Denmark, as we are a Danish company. Therefore the delivery times may be longer than you are used to when ordering from companies in Belgium.
We hope you were still able to use the order as a belated gift, otherwise you are naturally welcome to return the order. Please just send us an e-mail regarding the return and we will help you.

Op 2 oktober heb ik een flesje Visarome…
Op 2 oktober heb ik een flesje Visarome Dynamique besteld. Op 3 okt. mail dat het ingepakt is en met DPD wordt verzonden.
Ik heb een mail gestuurd ... waar is mijn zending? Als antwoord ... DPD kan geen antwoord geven op de vraag waar mijn zending is. Ze zijn een zoektocht begonnen naar mijn zending. Vandaag heb ik gebeld ... enkel in het Engels, wat ik alles behalve vind, maar van mijn zending is tot op heden geen spoor. Ik heb wel 41,80€ betaald. Ofwel sturen ze mij een nieuwe zending of ze storten het bedrag terug. Het is in elk geval geen service. Hopelijk kunnen jullie me helpen.

Slechte levering
Pakketje zou volgens de track and trace gelverd zijn bij me thuis maar was niet zo. Pas laat via de klantendienst te weten gekomen dat het bij een afhaalpunt lag. Toen ik het pakketje ging ophalen was het blijkbaar geretourneerd. De kosten van verzending en retour van 17,95 euro moest ik betalen. Heel teleurstellend.

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied.
We always send tracking information on e-mail once the order had been shipped from us, so our customers can follow the delivery and know when to expect it.
If the package has not been picked up in due time it will get returned to us, which we pay for. This will get deducted from the refund if the customer doesn't want the package anymore. This is all stated clearly in our Terms and conditions which you accept when you place the order.

Thank you very much for the review. We are happy to hear the order arrived safely although it was a bit later than you had expected.
The shipping company has informed us of these estimated days as they usually are able to deliver the order within those days. However unforeseen things can happen which might make an order delayed. We know that the shipping company always do their best to ensure the order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
I can see you placed the order Friday 7/6 and it was picked and packed from our warehouse the same day. Later the same evening the shipping company picked up the order from our warehouse. For most shipping companies, the day they pick up the order counts as day 0 as it has to arrive at the terminal first and they do not count that towards the estimated days. It stayed at the terminal until Monday as they do not work in the weekend. The order was delivered at the chosen parcelshop on Thursday 13/7, only 4 business days after you placed the order. Luckily it was only a small delay, and we hope you did not experience any inconvenience due to it.
