I ordered online at Beautycos.se coloring treatments for hair. I got advise to mix Revlon colours from an AI-chat and thought this was correct. It showed it was not, the colours demanded different liquids and I had ordered only the usual liquid I am acquinted with for this Revlon Color Excel. I wanted to send one item back, but then Beautycos changed the payment for my free delivery into getting charged for this, in other words they demanded payment for the delivery, which was free from the start. So the return would cost me my free delivery and it would be drawn from the returning item.
So first, I got one problem but the problem which followed was even worse, Beautycos.se shows no responibility for mistakes and shows no goodwill at all.
Disappointed customer.

Absolute Enttäuschung – ich kann nur warnen!

Ich habe bei beautycos.de bestellt und am 23.01. eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Die angegebene DHL-Sendungsnummer ist jedoch bis heute ungültig („Sendung nicht gefunden“). Das Paket wurde offensichtlich nie versendet.

Besonders alarmierend:

Die angegebene Telefonnummer existiert nicht bzw. ist nicht erreichbar.

Eine funktionierende Sendungsverfolgung gibt es nicht.

Auf Kontaktversuche reagiert der Kundenservice nicht.

Für mich entsteht hier der Eindruck, dass Kunden mit falschen Versandinformationen hingehalten werden.

Nach über 6 Wochen ohne Lieferung oder brauchbare Rückmeldung ist das völlig inakzeptabel.

Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen. Sollte sich das Problem nicht kurzfristig klären, werde ich weitere Schritte einleiten (Käuferschutz, ggf. rechtliche Maßnahmen).

El producto ya lo conocía y es super.
El envío rápido.
La única sugerencia, un cambio en la compañía de transporte DHL-ecommerce. Tuve problemas con ellos y el envío.

La entrega es muy lenta y se retrasó. No tengo ninguna queja sobre el producto. No pude crear una cuenta en el sitio web; el sitio web no funciona correctamente.

El paquete ha venido roto, se nota que han intentado mirar el interior del paquete, y el perfume con mucha humedad, por lo que ha podido deteriorar el mismo

Resolvieron mis dudas y el envío llegó correctamente.

Me ha llegado roto el producto de my organics. La tapa rota. Menos mal que tenía el que me quedaba un poquito y he sustituido una tapa por otra pero se ha desperdiciado un poco del producto

Es la segunda vez que hago un pedido en esta empresa y, aunque tarde un poco en llegar pues viene de lejos, mi experiencia es positiva. Tienen unos precios competitivos y son serios.
Seguiré comprando. Gracias

Tras volver a reclamar el paquete ahora me dicen que me lo dejan en un punto de recogida, que no es el que hay al lado de mi casa, sino a 4 km. DHL es un desastre y mientras no cambien de empresa no vuelvo a comprar aqui

Ni una muestra en el pedido, y una agencia de transportes, DHL, con una att. al cliente penosa.

Un verdadero desastre, después de 10 días esperando me anuncia el Courier DHL que traerá el paquete A MI DOMICILIO el martes 11 de Noviembre, seguidamente el Lunes 10 de Noviembre me dicen que POSIBLEMENTE me harán la entrega , pero a los 5 minutos un nuevo aviso que el paquete fue dejado en un centro de recogida a una distancia de 3 kilómetros de mi domicilio. INACEPTABLE!!!
Yo he pagado un transporte a mi domicilio tal cual me anunciaron, soy una persona mayor y con una movilidad reducida tengo que encargar a alguien que me traiga el paquete a mi casa????

10 dias esperando el pedido y aún no se cuando va a llegar , en el seguimiento del pedido lo último que dice es te extrañamos!!!!! Más nada, demasiado dias de espera y peor aún no se cuando llegará!!! no hay manera de que nadie de informacion

Uno de los tarros 🫙 estaba con la tapa defectuosa, por ende se ha derramado un poco. De lo contrario todo muy bien

I ordered a tinted moisturiser in a colour that had been discontinued. I was trying to stock up before supplies ran out. I thought this was a UK company because of the web address but when checking out found I was charged for postage from Europe.
Delivery took a while but it did arrive. It was a few months before I opened it because I was using up previous supplies. When I did open the box recently I found the product colour was nothing like it should be…very orange rather than fair neutral skin tone. Upon inspection there are slight differences in the tube that make me think it’s not a genuine Laura Mercier product, although the outer box is very convincing. Based on other reviews I haven’t bothered trying to get my money back because I don’t think I would be successful. £50 wasted…I’ll read the Trustpilot reviews in advance next time I think about ordering from an internet supplier I don’t know!
