Decke kam zügig an, Klasse!
Schrecklich Odyssee mit Waschsalon, und Trocknung weil die Decke unangenehm roch.
Obwohl nach empfohlenen Bedingungen gewaschen wurde, hatte die Decke graue Flecken.
Für den Preis absolutes no Go.
Kundenservice nicht nutzbar. Ich kann unter den Bedingungen nur stark davon abraten sich eine Decke von Bearbary zu kaufen.

Meine am 27.11.2025 ausgelöste Bestellung einer Gewichtsdecke wurde mir noch am selben Tag per E-Mail bestätigt. Eine Lieferung ist bis heute (+79 Tage) nicht erfolgt. Und dass, obwohl die Ware als verfügbar deklariert gewesen ist.
Der uns für Januar zugesagte Versand ist ebenfalls nicht erfolgt.
Die Kommunikation per E-Mail erfolgt ausschließlich auf englisch. Bekommt man geregelt, ist aber nervig.

Ich habe der Fa. heute eine 14-tätige Frist zur Lieferung gesetzt. Mal abwarten was passiert. Zur Sicherheit habe ich parallel Käuferschutz bei PayPal beantragt.

1. Update vom 15.02.2026:
In einer heutigen Antwort von Bearaby heißt es:
"Es gab eine unerwartete und längere Verzögerung beim Zoll, die unsere gesamte Sendung viel länger aufgehalten hat als erwartet. Ich freue mich sehr, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass diese Probleme nun vollständig behoben sind und die Ware verzollt wurde."

"Dank" der Zollpolitik der USA eine durchaus plausible und glaubwürdige Erklärung.
Meine Ware soll nun nächste Woche versendet werden und vor dem Ende der von mir gesetzten Frist eintreffen.
Ein zweites Update folgt.

2. Update vom 21.02.2026:
Leider werde ich auch in der nächsten Woche nicht wie zugesagt meine Ware bekommen. Denn man hat mir geschrieben, dass man mit Bedauern festgestellt hat, dass die von mir bestellte Farbe nicht mitgeliefert worden sei. Kann man das langsam noch glauben? Es fällt mir schwer, jedoch erhalte ich regelmäßig E-Mails, in denen man auch auf meine gesetzte Frist eingeht. Man hat uns die Zusendung der Decke in einer anderen Farbe angeboten, was wir jedoch abgelehnt haben.
Wir hoffen weiterhin darauf, dass Bearaby hier ehrlich ist und die Probleme nicht vorgeschoben sind.

3. Update vom 03.03.2026:
Die Ware ist eingetroffen! Und der Kundenservice von Bearaby war bis zum Schluss sehr bemüht, dass muss man denen wirklich lassen. Die Ware ist jetzt letztlich doch noch bei mir eingetroffen, weil ich den Vorschlag unterbreitet habe, einen ähnlichen jedoch in meiner gewünschten Farbe verfügbaren Artikel zu bekommen, ohne den Mehrpreis für das hochpreisigere Produkt zahlen zu müssen.
Darauf ist Bearaby sofort eingegangen und hat anstandslos den teureren Artikel versendet.

Die von anderen Kunden vereinzelt geäußerte Kritik, dass die Decke unangenehm riechen würde, kann ich nicht bestätigen.

Dementsprechend habe ich meine Bewertung jetzt von 1 auf 4 Sterne angehoben. 5 Sterne gibt es nur nicht, weil der Zeitraum von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung einfach viel zu lang war.

This company has been a terrible experience for me. I tried to order a blanket which never arrived because UPS delivered it to the wrong place. The customer service response from Bearaby has been terrible. They finally got confirmation from UPS that UPS had located the parcel and told me it would be delivered despite me telling them 4 times I no longer wanted the item and just wanted my money back. Bearaby said the parcel had to be returned by me before refund, but it STILL has not arrived. they "kindly" said they would waive the refund fee. At present - it has been almost 2 months since I ordered something and nothing has arrived and I have wasted hours and hours repeatedly asking Bearaby to give me back my money. Be very careful about ordering from here.

Ordered a weighted blanket on presale for Jan 12th 2026. After several delays, no definitive shipment date has been sent. I am initiating a process of a Final Deadline as a consumer protected by Directive 2011/83/EU. Will probably have to move to EU ODR. At this point is not even about the refund, is about the lack of accountability. Strongly advice not to do business with them.

I love supporting small businesses and Bearaby is one of the best. Their weighted blankets are made with high quality materials and it is the most comfortable, therapeutic blankets I own. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Meine Decke riecht sehr muffig. Kontaktaufnahme funktioniert nicht. Es wird einfach nicht reagiert. Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit.

My Nephew asked for a Bearaby weighted blanket for his birthday, so I purchased it for him. My Son tried it and asked for one. Originally, I thought the price was too high, but after seeing the workmanship and quality of the blankets, I knew that they are worth the price. Considering purchasing one blanket for myself.

Seit 6 Wochen warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung von 269 EUR. Der erhalt der Ware wurde am 6.12.25 bestätigt.

Nach Wochenlangen hin und her und Drohung das ich einen Anwalt einschalte, eine erste Reaktion und Rückerstattung, ein absolut unerträglicher Service!

When all three of my adult sons told me they could not sleep at night because of their demanding jobs, I went into my sensory Occupational Therapy brain and told myself “Why not (get them a weighted blanket)?”
Let me tell you, I have gotten repeated texts from them saying: “love my blanket” and “sleep like a baby”. Imagine that. It was the only gift they got this year but worth every penny.

I ordered a blanket from these people on October 7th, as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was opened on Christmas, as is the norm with Christmas gifts. When she saw that color that I had picked (navy blue), she told me she wanted to switch it to Green to match the color direction she wants to take the bedroom. Even though the blanket is in all the original packaging, Bearaby refuses to take it back as it is outside their strict 30 day return window. Ridiculous policy for anyone trying to buy a Christmas gift. Good luck getting it in time for Christmas and you better pray you don't have to return it! Don't do business with these people.

The time between ordering and when I received the blanket was incredibly quick. I loved that I had options on material, and I chose the cotton option which was perfect for me - comfortable and cozy but did not cause me to overheat - I can be comfortable all year round. I’ve already washed and dried it without any issues. Very happy with my Christmas gift to myself.

I now own six beautiful designs from Bearaby and enjoy them all year. Bearaby makes a durable, enjoyable product to last years. High quality fabric is a staple of their work.

Die gelieferte Decke stinkt, so möchte ich sie zurückgeben. Bekomme keinerlei Antwort auf meine Anfrage dazu.

I bought my first Bearaby napper several years ago. I was so impressed by its quality and ability to provide the comfort and weight to sleep soundly. Since then I’ve bought a few more to give as gifts to family members. I bought one for my sister. She loved hers and she bought one for her daughter.
I bought one for my son today and Jennifer provided exceptional customer service, answering all my questions about size, weight? Delivery times etc.
I am a devoted Bearaby customer.

I love Bearaby blankets. The quality is excellent and made of 100% cotton. Highly recommend to those that are looking for blankets that don't make you sweat and also provide a weighted comfort.
