Still getting used to the topper but the pillows suck . Can’t tell difference between the softer side and harder side. I have only taken one out of the box as still switching between my old pillows and yours. Considering the sheets but the pillows seem to be a bust. I’ll give it the 100 day test but as of now considering sending pillows back

I looked at their adds and liked the idea. I called and was wanting more info including a copy of their warranty. Sales lady kept pushing me to sign up with fine talk of small amount $20 down but refused to get me warranty copy and got rude and hung up. Ok maybe she had a bad day so called back got same bad treatment from different woman who also hung up on me. Then I read Trustpilot reviews and learned many had a rough time as I did. No way will i buy from them!

This is a great product. Don’t buy cheap mattress toppers that don’t work buy this and get a good night sleep Octa spring technology works.

Its very comfortable to sleep but it's hard to turn over if you turn side to side

Has made my mattress firmer and I'm sleeping better with less back pain. The pillow on the softer side is good for sleeping on my side.

Delivery was very good. Mattress is very cool and comfortable.

Dormeo’s customer service is exceptional! They accidentally sent me the wrong size topper, and after opening it and placing it on my bed, I realized it was a California king instead of a King size.
They handled the exchange for the correct size and are resending me the correct size topper.
I was skeptical ordering such an expensive bed topper but my poor sleeping and back problems prompted me to give this topper a try and I am very happy that I did. I still have a decent period of time to really try it out and decide if I want to keep it or not.
Don’t hesitate on giving this a try if you’re having that problems in your bed or need a new mattress.This company will work with you to make sure you are happy!

I bought dormeo back in February and per their refund policy, you can return it within 120 days no questions asked. First off this is a lie. When you ask for a refund they then tell you you can't have the refund until you prove you have taken it to a recycling center or donated it. You must prove donation with a receipt. Here in the Silicon Valley they have gone paperless and are given a PDF donation form. I sent this over to Dormeo and then the again changed what was needed for the refund and now said I needed a hand written receipt for the donation. I am so tired of companies lying and taking advantage of people. If you're not going to honor the refund policy don't offer it.

The mattress topper and pillow ARE HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY THEM! Go to Walmart and get a memory foam topper. For the money you spend at Dormeo it's a crime. I have given it an honest try and am severely regretting ever purchasing it. The entire experience is horrible. Their product and their customer service.

I like the product. But, I don't like the contious pre approval transactions on my credit card every month. Its unprofessional and unnecessary and causes a major inconvenience.
