A very friendly trustworthy company! With beautiful products

I have purchased many items from Bearaby and have been very pleased with each one.

I adore their blankets, and when I had to return one because my family member didn't like it as much as I did, customer service was both so helpful and so human. It's so refreshing to work with a real person behind the keyboard to help me with such a large purchase and return. I love this company and will be supporting them the next time I need to buy a new blanket

The folks at Bearaby are so helpful and communicative. I had to exchange my napper because the one I got was too cooling (they did too good of a job!). The one I have now is perfect and helps me get incredible sleep. So grateful.

Great quality product but even more, great customer service! My package arrived damaged -- or so I thought. I wrote an angry note, and then belatedly realized that my neighbor had damaged the package. I reached back out to apologize, and the Bearaby team were so lovely and understanding, and offered me a significant discount on my next purchase even though they had done absolutely nothing wrong!

I was disappointed in the fulfillment of my order, as i had selected the most expensive, “overnight” shipping choice, but the blanket took 4 days to arrive. However, when I contacted the company about this, they both explained the reason for the delay (which they believe was within their conditions of what constituted “next day”, but in fact were never explained on the website, they graciously refunded the $40.00 shipping charge. They responded in a timely manner and made me whole for my concern. And the blanket is excellent

AMAZING customer service! My order was somehow lost in transit, and the Bearaby team replaced it for me without any issues. They were very responsive, even over the holidays, and promptly shipped a replacement for me.

From Bearaby's high quality products to their timely and professional communication to their transparency with all of their policies (ie., refund, returns), Bearaby comes to the top of my list for a company with integrity, commitment to customers and high quality products! I am in support of their mission and vision. I don't know how I would ever part with my weighted blanket. I recently purchased the Muslin Cocoon, the Lounger, and a Nappling. My nervous system will forever thank Bearaby!

The Bearaby customer service is so wonderful. I had a couple of delays and a small issue with my order. And when I contacted them, I received timely and helpful feedback from a real person and was treated with empathy. They resolved my issue exactly the way they said they would. This is some of the best customer service I’ve received in Germany.

I also love the quality of my Napper blanket and am already planning on ordering one for my child.

I love this company because of their product ( the weighted lap blanket that you can microwave) PLUS the EXCELLENT customer service!!!!! I reached out to customer service and they were amazing!!! 10 stars!!!!!

I have a weighted blanket that I love from Bearaby. Even got my partner to buy one too. I wanted to try the sleep mask but the fit wasn’t right and I didn’t love it. I contacted support to make a return and it was super easy and I got refunded very quickly. Bearaby support is top notch.

I had a question about my order, to which I received an immediate response that resolved my issue. There was subsequently a possible delivery issue with my address, and customer service reached out to me and went out of their way to resolve it as well. Both of the "problems" were on my end (not problems with Bearaby at all), and their customer service both times was fast, efficient, friendly and totally solved my issues. I also LOVE my weighted blanket! I highly recommend this excellent company.

My wife and I decided to try a weighted blanket and after much research decided to give Bearby a try. We are happy we did so. Aside from the advantages of a weighted blanket, we have also received excellent customer service. We originally purchased 2 single blankets for our king sized bed as she weighs only 100 #s and I’m 150. But we soon decided that one king sized blanket would better fit our needs. No problem, we were able to switch the blankets and even got a refund for the difference. I highly recommend this company not only for their great products but also for their exceptional customer service!

I love their products, but recently I needed customer service for an order. Their customer service is fast, friendly, helpful, and professional.

I have ordered several weighted stuffed animals for myself and others and absolutely love them! The support team was very helpful when I had questions and the orders came on time!

I strongly advise against ordering from this store. I placed an order in mid-December. It is now mid-February, and I still have not received my goods.

The problems started from the very beginning—after I paid, it turned out that one of the items was a "preorder," which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Now that the package is lost/delayed, the store refuses to issue a refund or send a replacement, claiming they must wait for DHL to resolve the claim.

They stated the DHL investigation would take 10 business days. It has now been 3 weeks, and there is still no resolution. The store simply shrugs and makes excuses, telling me they are "too small" a business for DHL to prioritize them. Frankly, that is not my concern.

This is an anti-customer approach and violates EU consumer law. As a customer, I do not care about internal procedures between the shop and the courier. The responsibility for the shipment lies with the seller until delivery. The company has illegally frozen my funds for over 2 months. I am reporting this case to the ECC-Net. Do not recommend—a waste of time and nerves.

I have had such an amazing experience with Bearaby. I now own a king size weighted blanket for me and my husband which has improved our sleep and second skin sheets. A cotton napper for our 9 year old who has ADHD. He says it helps calm him and sleep better, and Cody the cow for our 2 year old who loves it. We love everything and will continue to purchase from this company. Highly recommend
