I hadn’t ordered from this company in about two years This was do to poor delivery standers. Deliveries would be late or product was half thawed. I decided to try them again and had to cancel a $390 order. They couldn’t deliver the order on the order date. I set up another delivery date two weeks later stayed home all day The order did not show up 🤷🏻‍♂️I’m done

First time ordering from bc live spot prawns. Ordered some fresh and frozen sockeye salmon. The salmon was the best we'd had in years. Flesh firm and flaky. Company is very responsive to emails.

Great service and products. Spot prawns are large and love getting fresh salmon already filleted and vacuum sealed. They are also prompt with answer g questions on the chat and email.

The salmon we purchased was absolutely delicious. We grilled the filet and enjoyed with our friends!

The halibut fillets were delivered flash, frozen, and when thawed in a few hours at room temperature, their plastic clear plastic vacuum packed perfectly for our sous vide. 38 minutes on the sous vide, remove from the sous vide and Pat dry. Effortlessly peel off the halibut fish skin, dry with paper towels, coat with cornstarch on either side and sear in a hot pan with canola oil for one minute on one side and 30 seconds on the other and you have a repeatably tasty experience of your life:-)

The service is superb, the fish is reliably chasing as if freshly caught because of the flash freezing on board the ship. This is the place to buy your seafood!

My delivery got accidentally missed and they called after to check then ensured I received it same day. Just a great family business. Much better freshness and flavor than supermarket fish.

I was very disappointed to have received a delivery of 5 pounds of completely thawed black cod. Cold, but not frozen.
This is my second order from BCLIVESPOTPRAWNS.COM. The first order was partially thawed, but not completely, so I gave them the the benefit of doubt and didn’t complain.
I reached out to the company and received a message back to put the fish in the freezer.
I also mentioned that the order was delivered in a non-refrigerated vehicle.
This company seriously needs to up its shipping standards. It is unacceptable to deliver frozen food that is thawed.

Best and freshest seafood I've ever bought. Closest thing to catching it yourself that you can get!!
