Comment on picking up ordered frozen seafood.
I have difficulty in picking up ordered frozen seafood at the store and end up having to follow to the Ladner wharf to pickup. Giving a time the store is opened and or giving option to pick up at the wharf would be better.

The prawns were packaged nicely in salt water. This would allow them to be kept for longer periods. And the delivery was made on time at our home.

will never order again
On the day of delivery, the staff told me they didn't have the products and they were out of fishing. then I didn't get an update for a week until I asked him again. I emailed them and tried to arrange a new delivery date but didnt get any response. Customer service is very bad. I will not recommend to buy in this shop.
