Attentive and professional from the very first phone contact to delivery of a treasured piece of furniture from Memphis to Chicago. Our delivery was earlier that anticipated and met the restrictions of our apartment community in a vintage building. Our designer at the pickup location was mightily impressed with the pick up team and reports that she will be using Torodo in the future. Our delivery met all expectations, including removing and disposing of protective coverings inside our apartment, and we too will engage Torodo for all moving needs. Exceptional!

Excellent service. Omar and his assistant delivered my antique clocks in very secure packing. The grandfather clock which is a family heirloom was wrapped and packed like a mummy- excellent . They unpacked and got everything set up nicely. . I was very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone

We paid for “white glove” service to transport an antique baby carriage across the country. We could have found a cheaper option where someone would have blanket wrapped the carriage and thrown it in the back of a van. In this case, the company carefully wrapped and loaded and unloaded the item and delivered it right to a room of choice. Even though the delivery process took longer than some, it was worth the wait and cost for an excellent handling and delivery service. The carriage arrived safely and intact to its intended recipient and the baby loves it!

I had to move a family antique piece of furniture across the country and I really appreciated the care they took in delivering it safely and on time. I researched movers throughly and they stood out for both customer service and quality. Great communication... very professional. Our clock was safeguarded in transit and the two gentlemen who brought it were very nice and informative on how to run the clock and the features of it. So glad we invested in professionals to move our new grandfather clock.

Extremely good service. The two men who picked up the furniture were on time, polite, and did a careful job of wrapping the piece for shipping. The van was clean and well equipped. The entire process was efficient and pleasant from phone conversations prior to pick up and until the piece left my house. I am a designer and I will use this company again.

I was so worried about my Grandmother's rocking chair being shipped across country but Torodo was so kind and assuring with my family heirloom. I am so grateful that they took time to understand it's importance to me and the anxiety that I had. They spoke with kindness and delivered my chair perfectly. Even earlier than I anticipated. I had to move a grandfather clock from New Jersey to California. I was concerned because it was in the family for a long time and I didn’t want anything happening to it. From the moment I contacted Omar Leigh from Torodo shipping, he was helpful. He helped me identify features of the clock, gave me a competitive price and had great patience answering my many questions in a timely manner. He stayed in communication with me throughout the delivery travel time and set it up where I wanted it, having the knowledge and expertise of its workings. He and his partner were professional and hard working. They even fixed the strings that a previous shipping company assembled poorly.

This company was great! I needed a grandfather clock moved from Colorado to California, and Torodo Logistics went above and beyond! They were very timely in picking the clock up, gave us plenty of notice, and worked very diligently to secure the clock. They communicated in a timely fashion about delivery as well. Upon arrival, they were very careful with my clock and explained the mechanisms of the clock to me. I would 1000% recommend Torodo Logistics for moving valuables, especially across the country.

These guys are amazing, have been using them for a couple years now, great communication, but most of all they make sure my things are protected, we ship very fragile things like vintage lighted signs, neon signs, and collectibles.
