Ordered three clippers back in March and still have not received the Oster 76 Classic Cordless Clippers. The owner has sent in some bogus documenting stating he mailed the clipper off. AVOID AT ALL COST. Customer service is non existence. I tried to contact the owner but had to reach out to my credit card company for resolution.

Placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago, still not received.

Messaged on what’s app, Insta and email- no response.

AVOID!

Best price I could find for this Wahl, free shipping, and it took fewer than 2 days to arrive, and incredibly well- and safely packaged for protection. Perfect

Asked for my refund sent my products back and now have blocked me on insta so I can’t contact and they still don’t reply to my emails

Barbersupply.com sent me a faulty blow dryer. I reached out to them just beyond their return policy. I didn't want a refund, just an exchange. Now I'm out $130. 10/10 will not use again. Purchase your tools from a reputable company.
Edited to add: The manufacturer replaced my blow dryer and informed me the one I had purchased from Barber Supply was "old stock." That may be the reason the tools they sell don't last.

I have bought 2 pairs of clippers from this company both went out within less than 6- 8 months . I still have andis 3 year old andis clippers from eBay that have held up better . Not sure about quality products from this company will not order again . Shipping was good . Product not so good .

Returned a package (unopened, original package, new) to barbersupply.com with Canada Post. Provided full tracking information including time of delivery.
Barbersupply.com claims their warehouse never received, cannot track it, and that they cannot find it. Refused to refund or acknowledge the return.

Keep being told item has been dropped off with USPS. USPS couldn't verify, company can't provide proof and refuses to refund due to USPS apparently having item. Out $180. Never again. Don't do it.

I ordered a set of clippers for my 92-year-old homebound father so we could keep his haircut. A wonderful guy he offered to pay for it himself. So we ordered the clippers from this company. A month and a half later we still had not received our $125 clippers. I reached out to them in a week later they sent me an email saying they would send them and it would be a replacement set as they were out of stock with the others. I thank them and then two more months later I reached back out and they blocked me. Blocked me on Facebook and social media. I even created another email account so I could let him know how I felt and they blocked that account as well period at any rate they ripped me off this is a sham company. I have also reached out to barbers in their nearby metro area to let them know if my experience and ask them if they had any similar experiences. Buyer beware you might enjoy throwing your money into the ocean more than giving it to these so-called businessmen.criminals. downloaded several complaints to the better business bureau to share with barbers in their areas as well.

sold me a trimmer with battery issues. steer clear of this company.

Find somewhere else to buy. If you have a replace or refund issue for damaged items, be ready to deal with terrible customer service. Your going to have to fight for it.
