Bij deze zaak een speciale kapper schaar besteld. De aflevering heeft wel enige tijd op zich laten wachten, maar er is zeker geleverd wat er beloofd was. Prima contact gehouden en uiteindelijk blij met de levering en netjes een briefje erbij met excuus voor de late levering. Goede zaak en ik zou er zeker weer bestellen.

Ook hier niets ontvangen, doe hier geen zaken mee!

I was wronged… The products are overpriced and made of plastic. Shipping should be free to return, especially if they have the description wrong. (the dimensions were incorrect and adjustability) Plus there should not be a 20% restocking fee! Do not purchase from barbersupply.

We zijn inmiddels twee jaar verder, bestelling 1208 nooit ontvangen wel betaald! Nee dit bedrijf is zeer onbetrouwbaar! Uiteraard onwijs vaak gebeld echter 0 reactie ontvangen!

Had an amazing experience with barbersupply. They shipped out my order the same day I order and it was at my door in 3 days.

I get that the canada post strike was the biggest issue here but I ordered my product on Nov 21 and here we are Jan 6 without updates outside of me reaching out to them. Everytime I email its please wait 2-5 days as we investigate we will get back to you immediately and then radio silence for 1 week+ until I reach out again.

There has been no effort on their part to resolve anything with me and all I need is a morsel of effort from them to email and update me with whats going on
