They send a clipper S/c for me iv bought 3 weeks ago but I didn’t used until yesterday, i said the blade is can’t be straight they said we can’t do nothing for you and now the clipper even not working ?!!!! I recorded a vedio is not working

Bought my husband some clippers for Christmas. Purchased oct 20, he opened them yesterday, on Christmas. I got the wrong ones not the ones he actually wanted, they refuse to let me exchange them for the correct ones brand new unopened. Won’t be shopping here again. If you decide to be decent I can be reached at 316 seven four four- five three 54.
